First, the good...the young lady who made our sandwiches was wonderful. She made our sandwiches exactly how we wanted them. Now,... the bad. I bit into my sandwich and there was an olive seed hidden in it that almost broke my tooth. Another incident happenedthat I will discuss with the company itself, but let's just say that the manager there is not the most pleasant person to dealwith. It?s fine, but my only problem is that when i ask for A LITTLE bit of mayo, instead i get half of the bottle instead. So now... instead of a simple turkey sandwich, i have a weird dripping mayo sandwich. I?m honestly close to switching to jersey mikes ormr. submarine, or just simply not ordering another sandwich with mayo on it. Besides that, no complaints. The experience I had today Tuesday February 11th, 2020. The employees were extremely rude and insensitive to me. I have a... medical condition affecting my vocals so I speak in a whisper. The older Caucasian lady felt like it was ok to mock the way Ispeak and the younger Caucasian lady found it funny. I felt humiliated over such behavior...I will not patronize subway on RidgeRd again. I usually go to this particular restaurant because it is convenient. On my way home I stopped in and Employee A greeted me and... took my order. While she was making my sandwiches, Employee B came from the back with Employee A?s cellphone. It had gottenwet. Employee A immediately stopped servicing me to go check on her phone. Employee B came to take over. Employee A beganmopping the floor and when she came to complete my order, I had to ask her to change her gloves. Meanwhile Employee B isserving another customer and her long braids were ?raking? over the sandwiches on the counter. I know this is long but put on ahair net when you?re around food and change your gloves when you step away from the counter! I was so turned off! Bad experience 2day. The girl that was fixing my food, if she's there next time I go, I wouldn't allow her 2 fix it again. She... kept trying 2 put food on my sandwich that fell on the counter. I had 2 keep stopping her from doing it. She was veryunsanitary. Read more
