I was in line for 20 mins, Before getting to the speaker. Once I got to the intercom I had to wait another 5 mins before anyone... decided to take my order. Decided to stop and order something small to hold me and my husband over until dinner time. When I ordered my two simple chkn... blt with light Mayo and one add pickle the receipt wasn?t correct and I mentioned it to the cashier asianya which she then tellsme my order is correct. I decided to open my sandwich and of course it isn?t the way I asked it to be. So I handed it back andher and the women in the window came to look at me and started laughing. So when they replaced the second sandwich it had lightMayo but no pickle. The other sandwich had heavy Mayo but my husband just said that he would eat it. As I?m pulling off thinkingthey corrected the issue I open it up and no pickles on the second sandwich! I then proceeded into the establishment, And thesandwich maker comes aggressively towards the counter and stated that the sandwich I handed back had no pickles and it did. Iopened it in the drive thru! Not my fault that you cannot remember the order that you should have made correctly! She said thatshe needed help or she was going to loose it! This was the young girl with short dreads you choose to work at Wendy?s I didn?task you to work there so just do the job that you get paid for! I then leave and because I had no bag after being upset thatthey couldn?t get it right twice, I left the bag in my car and as I walked to the car my sandwich fell as I was going for mydoor handle! I asked them to make it agin because had it been done correctly the first time this wouldn?t have happened.Customer service sucks! I asked the ?manager? with long hair what her name was and she said she couldn?t give out her name!!It?s okay I will be speaking with her general manager or escalate this issue to corporate. They were terrible. Our food was completely old or left out. Our pops were FLAT! The workers was so rude. No greeting, we sat at... the window for 10 minutes before somebody open the drive-thru window. Not to mention while we ordering our food at the speakerthe workers have us waiting for 3 minutes and kept switching who was taking our order. Read more
I understand that it's hard to get people to work, but I guess at this location as long as you can come in you've got the job. I... went there with coupon code 34 for the 2 combo meals, the bird-brain at the window said it wouldn't go through without 6 items(2 combo meals consists of 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, and 2 drinks.... 6 items). I had to give them 1 star because there?s no option for 0 stars. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I waited 5mins... before someone began to take my order. Paid for my food just fine, although they don?t give you a receipt. Got to the window toget my food & the short Hispanic lady with glasses basically threw my bag of food at me. Waited almost 5 mins for my drink.Said thank you when she handed it to me, she said absolutely nothing, closed the window & walked away with an attitude. Read more
There service is horrible! And the food is either over cooked or been sitting or a combination of both! They rushed me out the... drive through. They didn't give me a receipt. By bacon was burnt , my wife wanted a apple Pecan salad and missing the pecan's.I requested butter sour cream for my potato and the lady must be the devil cause she swore to God it was in there. I used to work at this location in 2013, and it has went downhill every since then! I ordered the taco salad combo and had to... pull foward and wait 10 minutes...for a salad?? Then when I got home, it has no salsa, no dressing, the tomatoes are slices likefrom the sandwich station, and my fries were old and cold! So I paid 13 dollas for some lettuce and chilli and no one willanswer the phone to rectify the situation! Read more
