Place an order on the website and was given a wing stop order number, never received my food #1 , got hung up on when trying to... locate my order #2 . Finally get in touch with the restaurant and they told me to call door dash since they don?t have deliveryservices, we?ll door dash said the wingstop order number is not a dash order number so they can?t help? After some finallygetting this across to the restaurant about 1 hour after placing my order, they offer a refund, I can?t pick up my food I can?tplace a new order just a refund. I just left this location and I had 4 combos and they forgot to give me 3 of the fries???? So I called them and they said come... back up with the receipt. I come back up there and they swear they put two in (which would still be wrong). I get the otherthree fries and they didn?t even give me a full order of fries in any of the containers. The girl at the register seem like she had an attitude. I spent $48.00 on 1 small boneless garlic parmesan combo. Large bone in... garlic parmesan wings which tasted like plan wings and honey bbq. They soak the chicken in grease. It takes less than a minute to drain 8 nuggets. I pulled my nuggets out of the grease trap... styrofoam plate and laid them out on a napkin and rewarmed them in my air fryer. I shouldn?t have to do that after spending$30.00 on the food.
