I'm usually pleasantly pleased at the Lansing KS Burger King. And this experience was not an exception. The chicken sandwich was... correct (I'm a picky eater) and fresh and delicious. 12/14/2021: definitely need to figure out quality control. I'm pretty suremy husband ordered chicken nuggets not cremated nuggets. As well as my mozzarella sticks being burnt. Read more
This has turned me off to Burger King forever! We go there for dinner and have a coupon for the family bundle and the employee... said "we can't do those right now we are short staffed". Why are you even opened? This is not the first time we've had issueswith this place. One time they closed the whole place during business hours for a staff meeting. Run your business better!!!! I've been disappointed with Burger King the last few times I have visited. I really love their French fries, though lately they... have been old and dry no matter during lunch or supper. The chicken always looks old and twice cooked. They packed my bag toofull instead of giving me two bags and it ripped, spilling my French fries everywhere. And I had to ask for a drink carrier eventhough I was by myself. Read more
We ordered our food and waited in line for well over 8 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of us. We got our food and one burger... wasnt even close to what we ordered and the other sandwiches were warm at best. Then it took another 10 minutes for them to fixthe sandwich that wasnt right and the lady was rude as heck, the kid that brought it to the car was very nice though. The bottom bun was a little stiff not joking. Also they forgot the cheese in my whopper. They should literally put cheese in... every whopper and customers should just tell them if they don't want the cheese. Stop charging extra for something you forgetconstantly. Service was good tho. Read more
So I visited this Burger King in Lansing KS just now and ordered my kids meals and my wife?s salad and I ordered a whopper for... me which I had gotten on the app an offer for a free whopper with purchase and redeemed for in store purchase and I received thecode for it. I pulled up to the window and flashed my code on my phone and the employee says I can?t use that. I said what doyou mean you can?t use it and he said you have to use that online. I said no I don?t it?s redeemed for in store purchase he saysI need a number not a code. The code said MGR REQ which after calling customer service while waiting in the drive through Idiscover this code means Manager Required. This Employee claimed to be the Manager and the customer service rep said if he wasthe Manager then he can approve it. This Employee at this point Starts yelling at me through the window and refused to take mypayment and give me my order. I said fine I?ll pay for the whopper. This Employee still continued to not take my payment andgive me my order. I was left with no choice but to drive off with out my families Dinner. This place has been the worst fastfood place I have ever experienced in my whole life every since they came back from the fire they had that shut them down. Iwill never return to this place and I hope to at least save just one person from the anxiety and stress I just went through. Doyourself a favor and pass on this particular Burger King. We waited in the drive thru line for 30 min to order. When we finally got to the front of the line to order they told us we had... too much food. We tried to order a family pack (3 whoppers, and three cheeseburgers), and 3 mozzarella sticks. They only had 2staff and couldn?t serve us. I wish getting on post was easier. I?d just go to that BK. Not sure what happened to the peoplebehind us but they left too. Probably the same reason. Read more
Most of the reviews here dont understand that this BK has been short staffed, underpaid, and poorly ran by management so badly... that they had to literally close the store. The food was pretty good when you get everything fresh, but that doesnt alwayshappen. And now we get to see if it's ever going to re-open. Fingers crossed but I wouldn't keep my hope up. Read more
