We dine in @ La Carrera a few times a month, but order takeout every week. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Food comes... out hot and fresh. The steak fajita salad is the best in town. Read more

if I could give a negative review I would. I ordered online, picked up in restaurant. When I picked up I read off the... instructions to the Employee. I ordered 3 Tampico trios. I said All chicken, no beans, and cheese dip on top (I was charged$1.25 x 3) no white cheese dip on top. They were all different. Chicken, spinach, and beef. I called and they did notunderstand me and kept asking me what I would like to order. I advised them they messed up my order I just picked up. I had tohang up the phone. They obviously cannot speak English and have no care if they give you the wrong food. I have no issues withthe Gardner Location( they are amazing) This location needs to be improved, and Management needs to take over or you will beout of business soon. This is so sad. Read more

If I could give no stars, I would. I don?t typically go to La Carreta, our primary choice was super busy, so my daughter and I... decided to give it a try. The food was fair. not a lot of choices. The service was very poor. We got our chips immediately butthen we waited for a good 7 minutes before we were ever attended. I began to wonder as server plus server passed us by lookingon, who was our server. It happened to be one that kept passing us by and even made eye contact with me and was taking drinkorders from people that came in after me. She was never pleasant. She made me feel like we were an inconvenience. I tipped hera decent amount despite her lack of customer service. I have to say it?s in the environment because if they don?t know you, it?snot imperative to treat someone with good quality customer service. Side note, it?s a Mexican restaurant you think you wouldhear Mexican music. Next time I will wait at our preferred local Mexican restaurant. Read more
