I order a pickup for my short lunch and was pretty disappointed when you could see how thin they tried to stretch the avocado.... Called and was relieved when they said they would replace it. Went back to get my free sandwich and they couldn't any record ofthem saying I was getting a free sandwich. Ended paying for the same sandwich twice. Needless to say I did Not enjoy any of myvisits. Sadly, our order was incorrect. Called to get the order corrected and was told how busy they are. Online menu is limited. When... we inquired we were told if we come in we could order the whole menu. Jimmy John's is suppossed to be freaky fast delivery. Weordered delivery because we can not leave work. Prices have increased. Efficiency has declined. I understand being understaffed,turn off your online orders if you can not serve your customers. Read more

Got a ceasars wrap for lunch. So gooood. Service wwas fast . This was my first visit ever to Jimmy John's. The people weren't... the friendliest and they don't greet you . I was the only one in side . The drive thru had a car in it. But the food was good.I tried to pay for my order with a 50 but they said they dont take anything over a 20 so I had to use my debit card. I asked forextra mayo and they looked at me like I had a third eye. He said we don't have mayo but I can give you a little packet ????.Umm, ok. I went to get food in the drive through at 9:35pm and online says the store closes at 10pm. I've worked plenty of fast food and... Customer service over the years, but having a store close that early as all employees are inside. Not okay for me. Sucks that isthe only JJ close to me, won't get my business like that and from reading others comments about this location I don't think thisis a rare occurrence. Just sad. Read more

I was about 5 min down the street & decided to order online for pickup; figuring it?d be quicker to receive my food. I went... inside.. no ?Hello, welcome,? ?Are you here for a pick up order?? or ?Hi, how can I help you?? Also, ended up waiting an extra5-10 min, just for a female employee w/ pink dyed hair to FINALLY ask if im ?waiting for something.? it?s been set aside theENTIRE time i?ve been waiting. Not to mention she and the other two employees working the line were just staring at me. Maybe,it?s my RBF and I can take fault of that.. Overall, I completely understand places can be understaffed where it can beoverwhelming with work flow. But I know what?s most important and what?s lacking at this store, is welcoming communication w/customers. Next time you?re desperate for Jimmy John?s, I?d recommend just driving an extra 25 min to Platte City. Read more

Went by last night with my wife. 1 car in front of us. Placed our drive-thru order, and went up to the window to wait. After... 5-10 minutes of absolutely no acknowledgment (window employee appeared to be completely spaced out) we left without ourfood. Called the store manager to talk to her about our concerns. She told us I was wrong and that they were slammed yesterday.I don't think 2 cars in the drive through is considered slammed. She was rude and argumentative with me.
