Got a classic chicken sandwich, reach in and bun is almost ice cold. I try a bite and it's not super cold but not quite hot... enough. I went to the counter to complain/ask for a fresh one. The young guy who seemed like a manager said "ok I got you." Hedidn't take the one I had which I liked. But then after a minute or 2 hands me another.. exact same thing. Cold sandwich. Iunderstand things happen, but when a customer complains about food being less than fresh, it seems to me they should make DARNsure that the next one is straight out the fryer. Sandwich was still really good despite being lukewarm. Only reason for 3*review. Read more

Show up at 230 in the afternoon. ONLY my wife & I in the restaurant & they got our order wrong. How?! Ordered chicken strips & a... spicy chicken sandwich meal. Got strips & a 2 piece with a thigh & leg. Missing fries. When I took it back up to get the ordercorrected, was given a cold sandwich & cold fries after we had to ask for them a 3rd time. Popeyes was one of my favorite fried chicken places. This particular one in lansing Kansas makes it difficult. Seems like they... limit you to what you can order or simply give you what they believe you need. On many occasions they've been out of somethingor unwilling to cook more do to closing etc. Just doesn't seem very customer oriented. When ask for manager, he seems to be busyor in his truck smoking. With inflation, prices going up etc... what happened to providing first a good experience/relationshipwith customer? Second fresh/hot/quality food for customers to enjoy. Disappointed in the management at this particularrestaurant. I'll drive further just to get better quality, service and respect. Read more

A little slow, but for only 3 people working and a line wrapped around the drive through during peak dinner rush it was still... amazing service. My food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Y'all were rockin' it. Read more

Doesn't matter what time of day you come here- always SLOW. It's 4pm Sunday & still have 5 cars waiting. Hate to be here in... another hour or 2. And that lady taking orders in the drive thru- Ms. Attitude with her snarky answers. Fast food (which thisplace is NOT) may not be your fit. But bet me, this IS the last time I will give this location "one more try". Never again-. Read more

Had chicken sammich on my mind but after waiting for 20 minutes at the drive through to order I was definitely over it. ... Apparently only 3 employees on staff and they were having a break while 5 cars (2 at pick up window and 3 waiting to order) inline. Probably need to rethink their strategy to remain open..... I should have about 9, 1 star reviews for this place. Apparently it is difficult for staff to follow my food order, every.... single. time. It?s always a surprise to see what?s in the bag when we get home! I am hungry for what I ordered. To continuetheir ?tradition?, tonight was yet another surprise. Ordered 4 piece SPICY box to include a breast. Received 3 piece ORIGINALbox without a breast. Other order was 2 piece original box, both breasts. Received 3 piece original box: of a wing, a thigh,and a drumstick. Not even enough meat for my 18 pound dog. Ordered 2 large mac n? cheese, received 1. I know I should pullover before I leave the restaurant to double check my order, but seriously, my orders are not difficult. I?ll continue to do1star reviews until I?m blue in the face. Read more

Took 35 mins in drive through for food that I ordered for Lobby Pick Up. Pulled up to window and they told me to come in after... the doors were locked. They finally opened the door for me and had to wait 30mins more. Mike the owner was walking around doingnothing while his 3 employees where busting there a** to get the food out. This place needs new management and ownershipspecially since MIKE CANT OPERATE! They are super short staffed and MIKE should be helping but he?s not! Read more
