Every time I go to Lansing subway I get an amazing experience and the employees always make sure they are polite and cater to... you. The restaurant is very clean and smells great when I go inside. I recommend whoever's is reading this review not to takethe negative comments so heavily because they rate it on one inconvenient experience they had. love the rotisserie chicken. tastes like real chicken. service was a bit slow and line behind me got long pretty fast.
Frustrating that they have decided to no longer accept coupons on the tuna sub! Guess I won?t be going to this location anymore.... So many places are just driving customers away! Read more

Get the employees at night help. Why would you put one employee in for dinner? Skimping on staff will make customers mad and... good employees quit. There's no reason My order that I ordered online 30 mins ago for pickup isnt ready and having to wait inline another 30 mins to have it made. Its ridiculous. This Subway is a joke. I?ve given it 2 chances and both times were horrible. This time is so bad that I have to review it. The... bread is gummy it?s so undercooked and the ?sandwich artist? made a perfectly fine looking sandwich and then completely smashedit when they wrapped it up. I wanted to give this 5 stars because the service was good, a little slow but still good. The reason I left a star off is... because I wanted the wine vinegar and Olive oil dressing but I asked the Employee if the Olive oil was pure and she thought itwas but luckily checked because she found out that it was only 10% Olive oil the rest was canola oil which I cannot have. Ingredient contents should be more readily available and well known by the employees to avoid food allergy issues. Read more
