I was in Michigan visiting a friend and decided that we should go out to eat. Obviously I picked Applebee?s and it did NOT... disappoint! My server Sydney made sure we were taken care of very well and answered all the questions we had, as well as givingus awesome recommendations on what to try. I recommend the spinach and artichoke dip, it NEVER disappoints! I will say it again,our server Sydney was PHENOMENAL, will be coming back to this location again whenever I?m in Michigan! Read more
I ordered the whiskey bacon burger with fries. I used to LOVE this burger! The burger I ordered yesterday only had one crispy... onion and the patty was overdone. There were also 2 large slices of tomato on the burger? The fries were so salty to the pointof not being edible. Good thing I checked the carry out bag with my food before I left; the two additional sauces i orderedweren't there. I am putting Applebee's on pause for now. Read more
When we walked in, No-one greeted us. Just stood there for five minutes until we decided to seat ourselves. Ten minutes passed... by and we're finally greeted by the server. she told me about the big wave so I made my order. She later returned to let meknow they don't offer my drink. Then I oder something else, just for me to get not what I order. Then I got my food, my frieswere not fresh. My burger was dryer than the Sahara dessert. NO KETCHUP, NO MAYO, NOTHING. At that point, I was disappointed atmy experience I didn't even bother to let the server know ( Already messed up two of my previous drink order). Cooks deserve more money. Food was fire. Service was trash. Maybe not even the fault of workers because lack of staff but can't... say it was the busiest I've ever seen the place but for some reason took over 15 minutes, just for some drinks aka adultbeverages. Wasn't sitting at the bar, but figured draanks would've came while our food cooked; we knew we just wanted appetizersto munch on, almost gave it a two but, food quality means too much to me and I'll end it with cooks save the day.??????????????
