The food is 5 ?? to me. My problem with it is never knowing when it?s okay to order for a delivery or even to go pickup. I don?t... know if it?s the same at all locations but I?ve driven to locations that were supposed to be open and they weren?t, ordered withDoordash and had major problems. Do they just do whatever they want with no oversight? Maintaining hours of service is a bigdeal especially for a smaller local restaurant chain. I don?t know. I still love the place and their food. Some consistencywould be nice. Edit: also wanted to add getting an actual adult with food service experience to run each location would payoffin the long run. I?ve noticed other reviews mentioning immature staff and feeling uncomfortable getting food. Read more
They had no chicken and no ice for drinks. Cost $29.00 for 2, 6 inch and 2, 8 inch sandwiches. No drinks or chips included. ... I just thought high price for what we received. Read more
Great food! Normally I would rate it a 5 star but this time the cook didn't grill the mushrooms and jalapeno peppers with the... onions because he didn't put onions in the sandwich! First time I ever had that happen... Paid for them? Mushrooms and peppersnot being cooked added a different flavor... No onions added a different flavor! Great sandwich just not what I wanted! Countless times I?ve tried to order food around 930 which is a half hour before they close they tell me that they?re Closed... because of some excuse and I?ve heard many different ones. Where I live I don?t have a big John steak and onion near me. I livein the Detroit area. Every time I drive in this direction I love their sandwiches so much. But I look forward to being able topass by them to order a sandwich unfortunately I work late hours so a lot of times when I do pass by I pass by them closertowards their closing time. I won?t order food from any restaurant with only 10 minutes left for them to close but I think ahalf hour is more than enough time to not get them upset to where they?re not gonna make my order.
