They no longer brew decaf. 1 star. Not gonna wait 15 minutes.

I spent $11 on iced coffee on Monday and it was warm, I thought I?d give this location another chance because it?s right by my... work and today I ordered my iced coffee and it came with literally coffee and milk. No sugar, no flavoring. I?m definitely notcoming back to this location. Definitely wasted $11 twice this week.. Read more
I'm disappointed that this biggby doesn't have the dome lids anymore. I can get them at other biggby's so I will stop coming... here because it really changes the tasted of my coffee. I always get extra whipped cream because when I mix it in the coffeegets sweeter but the short lid requires either less coffee or no extra whip which is what happened today and ruins my experienceand my morning.
