First time there, food was solid but not to my personal preference - but still good. Waitress was great.
The cook came out from the back of the kitchen and yelled at me for placing an order for 4 family breakfasts? ummm excuse me but... it?s not my fault that you are the only one cooking? where is your manager, district or regional? I spent almost $200 to getscalded for selecting your place of business to decide to give my business to? times have changed down on the farm. The cashierwas nice. But my question again is where is management? Pay staff better and they won?t quit. And the cook was yelling that ifhe cooks my order then they won?t have enough potatoes for the rest of the day??? We came Saturday morning at 8:20 am to a restaurant with 2 waitresses and 15 customers. We were finally greeted by a man who... appeared to be the manager although was not dressed professionally and we?re told we had to wait for the waitresses to catch up?10 or so minutes. He then went outside to smoke instead of helping his staff. After a 15 minute wait we were finally seated.This person who was acting as manager was the worst excuse for a manager in appearance and behavior. I felt sorry for thewaitresses. Read more
food is always as expected, pretty decent but never anything to write home about. really it?s the eggs, it always feels like... they?re processed instead of cracked. but the service is so helpful and friendly and you?re never out of water, coffee, oranything else! it?s a great meeting place for friends on a brunch trip. Ordered a family Thanksgiving dinner & everyone enjoyed it. There were only 4 of us, but there was enough food for double that.... Everything was fresh & homemade & the star of the meal was the greenbeans. I always enjoy Bob Evans & would order this again. Read more
