I've driven past this location a dozen times or so but I was never hungry till today. What a fantastic gem! I've been on a... Brisket kick the last month or so and up until today, every Brisket I've ordered from a restaurant has been either too smokey orcompletely over cooked to shoe leather. Capital city BBQ has hands down the best restaurant cooked Brisket I've tried. I likethe odd ball items off a menu and ordered the Banh Mi Brisket sandwich and it was amazing. The toppings on the sandwichcomplimented each other perfectly along with a delicious piece of Brisket. I even thanked the owner, which I rarely do for agreat lunch. I'll see y'all soon. Read more
Too tired to cook and can't decide want to eat? This place has you covered! I devoured the banh mi sandwich and the 1 pound of... rib tips of takeout the moment I got home from work. I love Capital City offers the best of the East and the West: Vietnamesecuisine and American BBQ meals. Overall great experience. House made deserts. The bbq was great. I got the sweet chick sandwich it was great. They have 4 sauces... all have great flavor, but the bbq is also great quality and doesn't need sauce. Mac and cheese is cheesy and delicious. Veryfriendly service. Spoke to a regular and he said the pork is amazing so I am looking forward to trying that. I will be back andwould recommend stopping by to check it out. Read more
Visiting the area and found this Great Place to get BBQ and Vietnamese- two of our faves! Bahn Mi Brisket sandwich was... excellent! Lots of cilantro ???????? Pho soup was good size portion for price - very yummy too- Parking was interesting ????-but maybe we just didn?t know the drill :) We will definitely come back when in area! Read more
