My wife and I shared a wonderful anniversary dinner here. The service was attentive without being over bearing, the wait staff... and back-of-house were flexible and accommodating with dietary requests! Love how special the made the night for us. I will beback. Ohhh. The food was delicious, steak was perfect. The appetizers were just as good- I highly recommend the steak andmushroom bites and the scallops Rockefeller. Celebrated my husband's birthday at Capital Prime Restaurant last night. We split a luscious 38 oz. Prime Tomahawk Steak basted... in compound butter, served with roasted garlic and chive whipped potatoes and marinaded grilled asparagus, plus an order ofdeep-fried Brussels sprouts. Our steak was temped perfectly. The potatoes and asparagus complimented the protein. The thingsthat blew us away, however, were 1) the simplicity, taste, and price point of the Brussels sprouts (the Sprouts were phenomenaland a real value at $10 for a chop house) and 2) our wonderful server Elliott. His courteous, professional, and personableservice elevated our dining experience. A newly-transplanted Floridian, by way of Miami, Elliott emphasized that he has been inthe industry for 30 years... And his handling of our table was reflective of that. He went above and beyond to ensure my husbandhad a marvelous birthday. Along the way, it was awesome to talk about the nuances of food and drink, tapping into his sommelierbackground. You bet it was a solid Foodie conversation throughout the evening. If you are ever at Capital Prime, please seekout Elliott the server. Along with the food, especially the Sprouts, Elliott is exemplary. Please tip your servers well. We celebrated our anniversary here and let me tell you, I was overly impressed by the entire experience! Service was impeccable... with a friendly and knowledgeable server. The food was perfect as well as the drinks. They truly hit it out of the park with thecomplimentary champagne, anniversary card, and a flower arrangement. Our family went out to Capital Prime last night to celebrate my wife obtaining her masters degree. We all had such wonderful... meals-! We had excellent service and such a great time. My fiancé and I came here for a date Friday night and I cannot wait to come back!!! I really loved the atmosphere and vibe from... this restaurant. Our waiter Colby, gave us outstanding service and he was funny!. The food was absolutely amazing!!! We had thecrispy shrimp for an appetizer, salmon for me, & a ribeye for my fiancé. I ordered a salted Carmel cocktail and I definitelywould recommend it! Also, I really appreciate how the menu has a variety of options! Like I said, cannot wait to come back! Read more
Took the wife out for a special dinner, we enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was awesome. The food presentation was on... point but the taste was a bit disappointing considering the price. We recommend the crab cakes they were delicious, the steakswere meh. I ordered the ribeye med, came out med rare with one side burnt giving the steak a burnt taste. The wife got the NewYork strip med well but came out med rare, she thought it was good but a bit under cooked for her taste. Overall 4 star, foodwasn't over the top just standard but service was great. Read more

Food was all absolutely delicious and my steak was cooked perfectly to order (medium) Ambiance is stunning, chic, and... intimate. The presentation of the food was great-My only complaint would be for how much everything costed I expected just alittle bit more quality in the taste/flavoring of our dishes. Read more
