My family and I decided on Cracker Barrel for dinner. We arrived around 7 pm we were seated immediately so that was great but... they literally didn?t have anything left. No chuck roast, no southern fried chicken do I settled for meat loaf and this is whatthe waitress (was very rude) brought out. Who would want to eat this, this is literally the bottom of the pan. I have servedbefore and I would never bring a customer a item that didn?t look appealing or that I wouldn?t eat myself. Horrible experienceand definitely will not be returning. Read more
My family and I went here yesterday evening and ordered our food. We proceeded to wait almost a full two hours for our meals... (that were served cold and inaccurately) only to have one meal comped. I paid $2.99 for one glass of cherry coke as we did notreceive refills and we had to get up (after having waited for an eternity) to ask for syrup. I received exactly 11 French friesand the wrong patty on my sandwich as well. My son was served sausage that was reminiscent of cold hockey pucks. The food wasabsolutely not worth the wait or the money. The manager came out upon my request looking rather perplexed and explained thatthey were ?running behind? despite multiple tables getting their food before we did despite the fact that they arrived after wewere seated. The same people left and cashed out - again, you guessed it- before we had our plates. Said tables also came up tous when they heard the exchange between the manager and I and told us we were right. My last few times here have been very disappointing. Food is not even warm when it comes out. Plus when it does come out it?s... nothing to get excited about. Had to go get my own silverware after asking for it and waiting while our food sat on the table.Talked to the manger and she tried to justify everything by saying they changed their menu like that would make everythingbetter. I don?t think we will be going back anytime soon, which is sad because it used to be one of my favorite places. Read more
Whenever you walk into Cracker Barrel, it feels like coming home. The mood here is always so positive. We came late, near to... closing time at this location. No matter, everyone was just as accommodating and had just as many smiles and welcomed for us. Tonya, our waitress, was especially wonderful and positive and made us feel welcome and checked in on us. We always enjoy thisrestaurant chain and we?ll always be back. Read more
Our waitress was new 2nd day on the job, it seemed her manager would rather step back and watch this new girl our waitress... struggle then shake her head at her if she had a question. I left her a nice tip. She was a sweetheart trying to accommodateeveryone. But her boss with the dyed red hair, she may need a different position! Read more
I ate here yesterday and it took a hour to get my food when I got it it was freezing cold meatloaf so I sent it back and ordered... cat fish raw in the middle sent it back go a steak rare that was sent out well don?t when I talked to the manger I think hername was Brenda she said you people always want something for free. Horrible used to work there mangers sell cold meat loaf. They put cold meat loaf on the hot line and sell it to people at 70... degrees they put cold corn on the line and sell it to people they leave meat out all day it?s actually disgusting. They let allthe food in the freezer that before they even called someone to fix it and kept it all and sold it. The general manger had saidsome of the most racist things I?ve ever heard. They don?t pay good. They pay new people one dollar less then they pay 20 yearstaff.they only give white people raises. The staff that?s been there for 20 years is racist and the management doesn?t doanything but make it worse. I told my boss I was hot and she said usually black people like hot weather. Or I chug a Red Bullwith my friend and she says bet u never chugged Against a white boy. If you eat here you will wait 30 minutes for your food andit will be burnt or raw. I?ve seen the mangers sell the worse food I?ve ever seen. And the general manger is sleeping with oneof the cooks who has a brain disorder. The general manger constantly steals tips from servers. It was very busy but the service was great and the food was very tasty. I got the new cinnamon roll latte, it was so good! The... only negative was the other customers. It was busy, just add your name to the wait list and go, they will text you when yourtable is ready. Stop just loitering in the way! Read more
