I called up there to make a take out order. The lady had told me a 10-15 minute wait and went up there just to wait an hour and... a half. I received my food after the tremendous long wait to only receive everything cold and soggy. The staff was rude ,besides one young lady that was patient and was very nice at the time . At 3 am, it was adequate. We were seriously hungry and weren't too picky. My hashbrowns were almost burnt. Had to return. ... Second batch were better. Eggs and pancakes were good. Service was sub-par. Had to find someone by going back to the kitchen. Several tables were dirty when we got there and there was a funky smell in there. Read more
Went here slightly after 3 a.m., which is the first time I've done such, with family and friends and it was a pretty long time... before we got our food. But the waitress who have been working there for about a week was pretty nice. It was interesting bybeing up there early. Got the pancake puppies and crepe a la carte. Very expensive compared to a lot of restaurants which I wassurprised by but food was pretty good. Not the best and not the worst. Read more
I had a horrible experience at this Dennys a few years ago and haven't returned since. My fiance wanted Dennys real bad so we... decided to give it another chance. I'm glad we did. Our server was Katie. After bringing our drinks she noticed it was extremelycold by our table and offered for us to move, which was very appreciated. Our food came out pretty quickly and it was very good.She accidentally rang up 2 extra pancakes (we subbed cinnamon roll pancakes instead of regular ones which is why there was 2extra pancakes on the bill) but since she brough them to the table she told us we could just have them and took the extra costoff the bill. My only complaint was that the hashbrowns were still hard/uncooked in the middle. Other than that the food wasgreat! At the end of the meal she asked if we wanted boxes and even asked if we needed syrup to go. I thought that was realthoughtful. I would give less stars, but i can?t. Sorry, this place is always dirty and if you come in at night the manager has not a clue... on how to manage a restaurant. I don?t know what she was before, but manager is not her bag. Waited over an hour and stilldidn?t have anyone wait on us till i complained. 2 eggs & 2 chicken tenders doesn?t take 45 minutes to get out. Then didn?t evenget the bill. Jacarri finally rang up the bill for me. He was not our waiter, the hostess, nor the manager. Thank you for yourhelp Jacarri !!! Nakita, you are a horrible waitress !!! Ordered takeout & didn?t see my country fried steak just my pancakes I got as a side. I called up to restaurant and was told to... look under my pancakes. Never would I thought they would put PANCAKES with icing on top of country fried steak. How gross that Ihad to open up my meal and see icing all mixed in with my gravy. Quickly asked for a refund over the phone and I was told I needto talk to manager no sorry no let me fix this for you, just a silent person on the phone I will NEVER order food from themagain. Not the first mess up, they easily owe me so much messed up food from the past few months but I?m done giving themchances after chances. Use common sense next time you pack food. Please & thank you. Took our son out to denny's to enjoy breakfast for the 1st time and let's just say we definitely left full and happy. First let me say our server Logan was amazing, attentive and super sweet. Our food was delicious. Now the reason for the 1 star,... as my husband and I were eating in the relatively empty restaurant the management team sat and did reviews of employees. Yelledat one about not answering the phone and gossiped loudly about the employees that were not here. My one star review is not forthe restaurant, Logan, or the chefs. It is strictly for the management team that was showing how unprofessional they truly are. Read more
