I hadn?t been here in a few years, I was glad it stopped in for breakfast. They are very short staffed like everyone else, the... staff is friendly and doing the best they can. I had an omelet and American fries. The omelet only had the filling in the middleleaving a few inches on both ends with nothing but very thin egg and cheese. Best pancakes in Lansing. Review by my wife. 60 out of 11. Review by my four year old daughter. Realistically it is a good... local diner. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is friendly and quick. The children?s meals are very small both mykids ate off our plates after they finished theirs, but they are very Reasonably priced so I didn?t mind. Just an okay place. Server wasn't friendly. Never checked back once I ordered. I had the Classic breakfast. Bacon was warmed... in the deep fryer. Hard and yucky. American fries were grainy and only tasted of the butter flavored oil that they were friedin. Eggs over easy were good. Toast was good but should use actual butter or margarine, not butter flavored oil. I won't beback. Read more
Why do I have to pay an extra 3.00 if I?m paying CASH? I can see a 3.00 card fee but to pay cash????? Service wasn?t all that... bad food wasn?t all that good! Just being honest. If you like it you like it! My BF liked his food I got the corned beef hash ifthere was actually meat in it I probably wouldn?t be so harsh but it looked like grandma cleaned the scraps off the table andserved it.
