I am actually quite sad and disappointed to leave such a poor review. The cashier was polite and attentive, the back of house... staff were pleasant and cordial, and even the pizza exceeded our expectations. But. While waiting, (6pm 10/10/2022) a roughly 5'8", 30ish, bearded delivery driver stormed into the waiting area and not only complained about his last delivery, but alsoloudly swore for all to hear; unashamedly exclaiming his desire to quit and walk out. Major kudos to the staff working theregister, you didn't have to deescalate the situation, but I greatly appreciated the fact you did. Even with all of this beingsaid, to me it still isn't enough to write a bad review. Everyone has rough days, I understand and have compassion for this.However, I do not have any understanding nor compassion for the delivery driver after witnessing him turning tail to hiscoworker that stood up to him and making the universal deregatory hand motions for the mentally handicapped. Was able to handle a large order very quickly and with excellent service
Had a bad experience my 1st time ordering online a week or so ago. I don't wanna rip into Domino's but that was hardly a pizza... and cheese bread. Read more
driver forgot items and never came back because they ?had too many deliveries? at that time. tried to offer me only 25% off... after wasting 100% of my time. Read more
The young woman that seems to be the manager is rather rude. I don?t understand why there is a system that offers you a free... pizza if a pizza is not brought out to you within a certain amount of time just for a manager to pause it and claim the systemisn?t working well which it notified me it was running properly and I saw time ticking away until she paused it and did notbring it out in time. I mentioned this to her and told her I was watching the timer the whole time and I could see that it waspaused for three minutes, it explained to me that if I didn?t receive the pizza by 6:56 I would receive a free pizza and shehanded me the pizza at 6:57 and claimed that it was still in the green. She then turned around and went inside and ignored thefact that I was talking to her. I?m not looking for a free pizza I could easily place an order for a pizza anytime I want onebut to be lied to just aggravates and frustrates me. Read more
This seems to be a pretty good Domino's Pizza Store. I have been in others that do not look nearly as organized in the past. It... looked like they had plenty of help and the best thing was that the pizza was ready on time when they said it would be. I likedthe fact that I could order the pizza earlier than I could at some other Pizza places. I came to this particular pizza placebecause I had called 2 others that were not open yet. It is always a plus when you can get what you want when you want it. I washappy to give them a five-star rate. Read more
I gave 2 stars because the gentleman that cashed me out was very pleasant. I ordered ahead to pick up at 6 p.m. and my pizza was... ready around 6:20. We love pizza in our family and leftovers are always eaten. Domino's has a gross sauce and the meat tastedodd. Even my youngest who will eat ANY pizza didn't want to finish hers. Over half of our 2 large pizzas and part of my sub wasthrown away. It just wasn't good. I partly enjoyed the mango habanero sub but there were no peppers on it at all and hardly anycheese. I didn't end up finishing it. We won't be getting domino's again. Read more
