This location is pure trash, I have never been treated so poorly by a manager and it's sad. I called about a item that wasn't... delivered and was told "I don't know what to tell ya" when asked if anything can be done, then after given a second chance tocorrect the issue I was laughed at. Pure robbery to take my money and not receive what I paid for and nothing short of it, so Ihope for your sake you don't ever have to deal with Mr Ricky "I don't know what to you" if you have an issue to deal with. I will never order from this location again, They failed to deliver all my items and basically told me to kick rocks when called... and notified them. I asked to speak to a manager and his response was ?well I don?t know what to tell you?. I will not toleratemy money being taken and me not receiving what Was paid for, So for future reference if your missing something I hope for yoursake you don?t have to deal ?Ricky, the manager that don?t know what to tell ya?. As any store will from time to time, they've made a few mistakes. However they ALWAYS make up for it and are professional and... kind as they do. I feel bad whenever I stop by and see that the manager only has two people running the entire store. This storeneeds at least a team of three at all times! Someone stole my information and placed a large order here. I live in Wyoming. I was on hold for over an hour with them before... anyone even spoke to me. I had to call the bank to cancel my card and dispute the charge. I am absolutely furious that theywould "answer'' the phone stating, "Thank you for calling Domino's. Can you please hold?" and before they even finish saying thelast word, they already had me on hold. I would expect to be helped quickly, but especially in a situation like this. I cannotoverstate how upset I am. I am STILL on hold. I cannot believe how horribly this situation is being handled. I have neverordered from this store, and I never will (I obviously do not live in the area), but I will be escalating this to corporate. Read more
The phone in ordering system leaves a lot to be desired. Toward the end of the phone call the individual was breaking up. Plus... she also had, some kind of accent, so she was kind of hard to hear and understand. Overall the experience was good, the pizzawas good. Read more
Great store for pie cut pizzas, 100% fail rate on following order tickets. Pie cuts that are cooked till just crispy ???? ????... ???? They do have mark downs for the special instructions. They also have clean cooking practices so highly rated up tillpackaging! But not reading order tickets ???? Read more
Pizza is always fresh and tasty. Favorite Dominos in town. Service is always quick. 10/10 we eat here a lot.
