I absolutely love ordering from here. I work up the way and am unable to leave the premises until my shift is up. I have never... had any issues with this place. Michelle was super helpful and kind today when I had my first ever mix up here. She even offeredto have it sent back to me the missing item. And even an extra item for the hassle. She had such a radiant vibe just from oneConvo over the phone. She's by far one of the friendliest employees I've talked to there! honestly worse pizza place i?ve ever been too , ordered alfredo and this is the first time out of many times i?ve gotten it and... it?s the first time it looked like this half of my noodles were rock solid and way over cooked + burnt . wouldn?t recommend thisplace for food. and very poor communication when trying to place an order ! These people at this store can't perform a simply task of following delivery instructions and don't deliver complete orders.... Took me over 1 hr to get my pizza they failed to bring pop...then they tell me it will be 20 minutes...talk to the bully MgrTodd & he says they won't bring it other customers come forst...really..incompetent drivers..phone staff..and the so calledmanager. I ordered a bbq pizza last night. I almost called the store to after the first bite to let them know how amazing this pizza... was. Online ordering is really easy. My order is always ready and perfect. I cannot resist the marble brownie and i always get some... dipping sauce for my crusts. The store is always clean. I am right across the River so this store is convenient. But you livenear a store too. I can't wait to read about your experience. Read more
After waiting 25 mins for wings that ?they accidentally gave out? that I called in and waited 25 mins to pick up they remake the... wings for theyre mistakes and had me waiting another 30 mins just to cook them and had my chicken sitting for about 10 of thoseminutes. they?re communicating is horrible. This lady at the store is ungodly rude. And when I offered to make their job easier when they were short staffed and said that I... would just come pick up my order even though I paid for delivery and she didn?t have to cancel the order to just leave it likeit was she hung up on me.
