I order from this Dominos all the time and use the drive thru. I placed an order once over the phone with the customer service... representative and was on the phone for 16 minutes literally. The person taking the order was very hard to understand and didnot use clear English. The person was also not aware or able to provide me with the deals for the day. After that unfortunateexperience I now order strictly online to save time. When arriving to the actual restaurant the staff are super nice and my foodis always ready. However the pizza I ordered appeared to be missing enough pizza sauce. It does not appear that the sauce wasevenly spread throughout. So I was very disappointed. Read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ONE! go to another nearby, do not risk this specific domino's. Ordered just a cookie/brownie dessert at... 9:25pm. It was labeled as delivered around 20 minutes after ordering but we never heard a knock. Looked around the door,outside, all other apt doors, etc. but our food wasn't anywhere. Called the manager around 10:10pm (45 minutes late already) andthey asked us to wait 20 more minutes after insinuating it was somehow our fault ("well it was contactless" what does that haveto do with not getting a knock, a text, any sign it was delivered AND we looked all over the building as soon as it saiddelivered???). In the time they asked us to wait extra we drove over to another fast food place from the apartment, went throughthe drive thru, and got back home at 10:30 to find nothing at our door nor around the building still (never had any issue with aneighbor stealing food so that's not likely at all). Called again at 10:35, a different worker hung up on us after we said oursituation and that we were calling back. Called back a third time and sat on hold for over 15 minutes until someone finallypicked up. They immediately put me back on hold then told me they could resend it to which I said hell no give me a refund, it'salmost been 2 hours and I'm leaving the house. They were very weird about the refund, not really giving me much to work with andnow I just have to fingers crossed that they will actually refund it???? The third worker who said we will get our refund wasnamed Tiffany. I will be calling corporate AS WELL AS calling my bank to ensure the charge gets removed. Pls never go here,don't risk having a horrible experience. Read more

Not sure why they even have pick up inside the store for carryout avaible as an option. If you live close enough to wal to their... store and order from the app They never have the lobby open at all. Cant go inside to get your food order. They have you standin the drive thru line. Which is extremely dangerous. Just to get your food. Someone is going to get hit by a car and seriouslyhurt or worse killed. All because the store manager keeps the lobby locked up and to lazy to wait to deal with paying customerscoming inside to safely get their order. Food is always good. But making someone walk into the drive thru to get their order isextremely dangerous. Read more

Ordered a pizza and arrived a half hour later only to be told that there were only two kitchen personnel and it would be another... fifteen to twenty minutes waiting for our order. Apparently they weren't so far behind that someone couldn't take a smoke breakthough! Read more

I ordered a sandwich without a set of items. It came with all those items on it. No big deal, things happen. But when I called,... I asked to speak with a manager and was told that I couldn't. Okay, weird, but whatever, the woman said that she could give me acredit or swap my order. I asked if it would be possible to get a swap delivered, as that was how I received the original order,and I don't currently have transportation. She seemed baffled by the very concept, and said that all the delivery drivers wereout. I said I didn't mind waiting and she just reiterated that I could get a credit. I pointed out that I was kind of hoping toeat tonight, and just got silence before she said that she didn't understand what I wanted and offered me a credit again. I gaveup and agreed to a credit, she asked what my order was, then told me I would have a credit and ended the conversation. So now Ihave no food I can eat, and no idea how to go about redeeming my credit, because that was apparently not important informationfor her to share. Photo is of my sandwich that was ordered without green peppers, banana peppers, or onions. They were mixed inwith the cheese and impossible to just pick off without loosing pretty much all of the cheese as well. Read more

I tried the small cheeseburger pizza for the 1st time & ordered 6 crispy chicken wings and garlic bread....had it delivered. ... Pizza was hot but we did not like the taste. No one wanted to eat any of it. Per the domino guarantee on the side of the box [If you're not completely satisfied with your Domino experience, we will make it right.] I called the Cedar street Domino's. Iexplained the problem to the domino employee who seemed unaware of their guarantee...she placed me on hold and a man picked upmy call. After explaining the problem again the man asked what I needed. I explained I was not satisfied with my order. I wishedfor another pizza be made and delivered per the guarantee..he seemed annoyed and asked how much pizza was leftover...I told him3/4..he said normally the guarantee applies to a full pizza not one with missing slices. I then asked for a manager...I WASspeaking to the manager! I told him we had to taste it to see if we liked it. He asked me if I order the pizza to sample it! Itold him I was ordering dinner but did not like the taste. He then asked for any remaining pizza back and took my new pizzaorder. Pizza will be delivered in 20 to 30 min I was told...in 5 min I got a call saying the driver was leaving the store withmy pizza...never got a call the 1st time I ordered...any way I finally got food i could eat.
