They never do flavored crust even when you pay extra for it. Howie bread is always either raw or feels like a hockey puck.
All the years we have order from Hungry Howies. We Never had an Awful Pizza or Bread Sticks. Until last night. We tried the... Howie Special with butter cheese crust. Picked up our pizza and bread sticks. There was so much butter it was coming out of theboxes. The bread sticks had so much butter on it. That the top of the pizza box was cover with butter. It was also coming out ofthe sides of the box. The pizza box had it so much butter it was coming out of the sides of the box. The butter got on myclothes and inside our car. The taste wasn't that great. Don't know if we will ever order from Hungry Howies again. Read more
I ordered two pizzas and cheesy bread. The first pizza was a thin crust pepperoni and it was ok, a little cold but overall good.... The second pizza was bacon pineapple. It barely had any toppings on it. it should have been considered a cheese pizza because ofhow little was on it. Now the worst part of the entire meal though was the cheesy bread! It was so off putting and nasty. Ittasted as if they accidentally put cinnamon on it. I'm serious it was so gross.The sad part is my family doesn't even eat outthat much anymore because of inflation so this was just a huge disappointment. If gas wasn't so outrageous right now I wouldhave drove up there and asked them to remake it. Read more
Ok, my wife and i looooove Hungry Howies; but c'mon guys dont make your customers cut their own pizzas....
Ordered a Philly steak,cheese, mushroom sub with lettuce and tomato and when it was delivered it was a calzone and greasy as... hell and the lettuce and tomato was put in baggies on the side. I called and told a manager that it was a calzone instead of asub and that it was extremely greasy and she said that's the way we make them and there was nothing she was going to do about itand the reason the lettuce and tomato was in baggies was because of Covid they couldn't put it inside the sub but yet they putthe steak, cheese and mushrooms inside. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience and will not recommend them to anyone norwill I be ordering again!!???????? Read more
Ordered a medium cheese pizza and Howie bread with mozzarella which took two hours to arrive. Called the store to ask what's... taking so long and got no answer. No way to cancel on line. When food finally arrived they forgot the mozzarella on my bread andthe pizza was lukewarm and stale. Worst experience at this location. $30 in total for this kind of "service". Read more
Was great pizza in the past.... but tonight I got Buffalo chicken with Sriracha on the side, but it wasn't on the side it was... drenched on the entire Pizza, which was extremely hot. We called to let them know, and then we got a replacement pizza, with nobuffalo on it. Even thow we explained to them twice the first time ordering, 0 out of 2 pizzas was correct! Read more
So I have been going through this hungry Howie's for quite a few years. And once and a while they mess up my order I usually... don't complain because they usually mess it up with some stuff that I like lol. But today I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas andgot one large cheese and one large pepperoni..this is not what I ordered. Y'all need to learn how to read your orders correctlycuz this is getting ridiculous. Read more
