If I could give zero stars I would. At 5pm I orderer a gluten free pizza for a friend with a gluten allergy to be delivered at... 9pm. I confirmed 3 times while ordering over the phone that it will be gluten free at 9pm. 9:50 rolls around and I still hadn'tgotten the pizza. I call and they said the driver will be there in a few minutes. At 10:20 still no pizza so I called again.They said they closed at 10. At this point I'm beyond frustrated so they offered to transfer me to a manager. I'm on hold forabout a minute and then they hung up. My boyfriend and I ordered for pick up for the first time and they got the order completely wrong. The flat bread was still... doughy and we ordered a pineapple/bacon pizza and they gave us pepperoni and bacon. 0 out of 10 id rather go to dominos orMarcos. Read more
The 1 star reviews are almost comical. I visit this Hungry Howies almost every single day. There have been days I have ordered... lunch and dinner. This has been over the course of the last 15 months or so. I have literally only had 1 issue. 1. That is apretty good batting average. Looking back on that particular order I think it would be fair to note that they were slammed andtraining a new employee. Those kinds of things are bound to happen. I guess it might be safe to say none of these people haveever worked a day in customer service! Gottta give them a break. They are doing their best. I?ve seen customers leave reviewsabout visits I was actually at. They are always in the wrong. If you truly had a bad experience, fine but it TRULY sounds likethe owners of these 1 star reviews have expectations that are absurd! I live close to this location, so normally I pick up my order. When I do order, I usually use their app. I have had to call... because the app doesn't have a way to put toppings only on half and other toppings on the other half so that people withdifferent likes can share 1 pizza. Other than that, I've never gotten a bad pizza from this location. Read more
