I went there after checking the hours and when i got there the open sign was on and they were closed, an hour before the posted... hours showed. I pulled on the door and the 2 people inside just looked at me like nothing and went back to what they weredoing. Guess they dont want business. Read more

Up until the last few months, this place was always quick and high quality. Lately, only 1 or 2 people seem to be working at a... time which has lead to waits of over an hour for pickup orders submitted online through Jersey Mike's app. The app always saysit will be ready in 15 minutes, so we go when it tells us to and end up waiting a long, long time in the store for them toactually make our order. Management needs to figure out their staffing model because this is not acceptable. The only reason I'mnot giving it 1 star is because I feel terrible for those overworked employees. Read more

There should be a 0 star option for this location. Every time I go here there is only 1 employee working. Ludacris! Even at... peak lunch hours 1 poor soul is doing the work of what I see 3 or 4 employees doing at other locations. Gave this place 1 lastshot today, ordered through the app, was given a pick up time of 20 minutes; I waited and arrived 35 minutes later just to givethem a buffer. When I showed up they said they would start making my sandwiches. What kind of bojangles magic is this? Iordered, was charged, arrived later than I should have, and still had to wait 14 minutes at the restaurant. Im just bamboozledat this point. Never again! Read more

Up until recently this location has been nothing short of stellar. My online orders were always spot on. The last 3 times I... have ordered have been abysmal. From pathetic portions in cheese steaks to SEVEN items missing from a $21 sub. SEVEN! Threeof which were extra charge items. That is not an oops. That is flagrant unemployable stupidity. Read more

worst service ever, understandable that she was stressed and working by herself but you NEVER be rude to customers. took forever... to make our subs, never asked what was on them and got mad and would hit stuff and have a tone with customers who would correcther for making their sub wrong. definitely won?t ever come back if she?s working. horrible attitude. went on 5/16/2022 at7:30pm went again today, thought they?d be better if that girl wasn?t there, but once again, asked for NO mayo 3 times, theyput mayo on it and i can?t have mayo. wasted 30$ on food that i can?t even eat. made both meal. didn?t even get the chips. worstservice ever. be better. I am giving 1 star due to customer service, not food. I ordered a sub online, the order went through and my card was charged.... When I got to the restaurant, it was closed. I tried calling numerous times the following day and nobody answered. I emailed thecooperate office and they told me there was nothing they could do but they would pass the message along to the local store. Idid not hear back from the local store so I called several more times and finally someone answered. When I told the managerabout what happened, I was told just to come in and they would give me what I ordered. No apology or explanation of whathappened. I requested a refund and was told ?well, it may take awhile.? Still waiting on the refund and not planning on evergoing back. Read more
