I will not be ordering from Jet's pizza again. I understand being short drivers, but I placed my order at 6pm and I called the... store at 8pm asking where my order was that I placed TWO hours ago. The person on the phone told me the order was on its way. Then he told me they only had one driver and they had a ton of deliveries and the driver was JUST NOW LEAVING with 3 otherorders and it could be up to ANOTHER HOUR before I received my pizza. Ok, that's fine, but why did it take TWO hours to evenmake the order? It was ONE pizza and some breadsticks. I get being short staffed, I really do, but three hours to get myorder??? I mean, come on....literally any other pizza place would have had that delivery made in an hour, tops. Save your timeand your money. If you're gonna spend 3 hours waiting on food, go out to eat. Ordered Lg pep / well done. Pizza was covered in grease and not well done asked to have it remade. Brandon the manager... reluctantly agreed but said it would take at least 30 min for well done. 2nd pizza , soo saucy that the cheese slid off, bottomcrust was crazy thin and sauce soaked through. I asked for a refund and Brandon said my only option was to shop for a pizzasomeplace else. I asked for a refund, he stood there eyeballing me like he?s crazy, I told him it doesn?t matter how hard youstare me down, I want my money back, the pizza is not edible, and I showed him. Finally he refunded my money but let me knowthat I have been added to their Do Not Serve list! I?m dying!!! While placing my order I inquired about 2 slices of Hawaiian pizza as I got in the past and was told they don?t sell it that... way. When I mentioned I bought it that way in the past I was hung up on. I called back and got no answer. 10 minutes later theyanswered but were rude. I will not order from there again Read more
It has been a while since I've had this pizza but when I but one last week it just did not seem to taste the same as in the... past. Perhaps it was me and my taster was off or change something about the way they prepared them in the past. Up until nowI've always been able to look forward to the next time I go in but now I'm afraid to go back and get something less than what Iused to look forward to getting. Read more
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We placed an online order a little after 7:49pm for a large pizza and a big... brownie. Said we would receive our delivery at 9:19. 9:39 we never got our order and my fiance tried to call to see if maybeit was just delayed. No one would answer the phone. He called a couple of times, same thing. Then when he tried to go up tothe store to see what was going on, they wouldn't open the door for him. Just kept saying they were closed. Nice that theytake your money but don't give you your order. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Update: My fiance called the store when they openedand explained to the manager that we never received our order last night and that we want either a refund or our order made. The manager argued with him stating that the driver insisted that he delivered our food. We eventually got our refund after hehad to drive up to the store. From now on we will literally go anywhere else but there. Jets corporate needs to fire everyonethere and just start over with a competent staff. Read more
We ordered online an hour in advance and chose our pickup time. They didn?t have our order ready for more than thirty minutes... past when they were supposed to have it ready. I then called and wanted to know when my pizza would be ready. I was told it wascoming out of the oven and would be ready in 2-3 minutes. After ten more minutes, I demanded a refund and my pizza. I was yelledat and ridiculed by an employee, and eventually was given a refund and was told my pizza would still be several more minutes.The employees then went behind the partial wall and began to gossip about me. Extremely unprofessional. On top of it all, thepizza was lukewarm (somehow??) and not well made. I would never recommend this location and will never be back. Read more
