Absolutely terrible. Delivery estimate times aren?t even remotely accurate. Ordered online a little after five, and was given an... estimate of an hour. Called around 6:30. Sat on hold for five minutes to be told the driver was on their way. Called again overhalf an hour later to sit on hold for 20 minutes. Driver showed up while I was on hold at 10 after 7. Our food was barelylukewarm. Another time we waited this long I called only to be told they had no driver and they tried to call me (zero missedcalls on my phone). In this day and age they should be able to turn off delivery on their site. Everyone else can. If you wantJets and have to order from here, don?t pick delivery and don?t call. Haven't ordered pizza from Jets in years and will continue not to. First time we try again, pizza arrives with toppings mostly... on one half of the pizza like someone stored the pizza on end during delivery, a third of the pizza doesn't even have toppingsand the dough seems undercooked. This was after a 1.5 hour wait. Definitely won't order jets again. Read more
Our favorite sauce, but this time the crust on our large round pizza was 2-3" wide and the toppings were tossed in the middle,... so we bought a large but basically got a small with a huge crust. ?? Read more
Tried ordering a pizza with a coupon that they send me every two weeks in the mail Called to place the order and they said... coupon expires every month. The coupons clearly stated expiration 6/06/2022. They asked the manager and manager said not honorit. The coupon had their address on it. Thank you Jets. Not cool! Read more
The food quality is pretty good. Prices can vary the specials are not bad but of the menu can be pricey and it adds up quick. My... biggest complaint and it's about Jets in general not just this location is that they changed the Jets boat making them muchsmaller than they used to be prices however stayed the same. Read more
Jet's Pizza has never let me down. When I need a satisfying meal after a tough day in the office I call Jet's on South Cedar in... Lansing or the Jet's on West Michigan Avenue in Jackson. Both places bake outstanding pizza for hungry guys like me. Read more
