Ghetto and staffed by actual children (no, seriously). Employees have called my phone 8 times privately harassing me and once... from a text now number. I go here regularly and today I went in and asked for a little iceberg on a slim for my 7 year old and they said no. To iceberg.... On a slim. For a kid. I know times are tough but it was never a problem in the he past but apparently Jimmy John's just doesntfeel like it. Offered to pay and still no iceberg on a sandwich at a sandwich shop. As you can expect, their service was very quick. They are located only a few blocks from my work, so it was a quick walk. I got... a JJ BLT Unwhich, which was pretty good. Due to it being wrapped in lettuce, the lettuce in the sandwich was a bit overkill andunecessary. Read more
I'm disappointed in the sub I ordered. I got a vegetarian sub with ham on it bc I wanted the avocado and cucumber but they... barely put any avocado on it. And the bread is crusty meaning its like hard. I did take two bites out of the sub before takinga picture and I was going to go back up there to get a new one made but I had 10 minutes until they closed so I didn't think I'dget there on time. It took an hour to get my sandwich which was wrong. They didn't include a straw or napkins for my drink. All of this I can... understand. They're probably really understaffed. What mostly prompted this review was that the driver called me 3 times eventhough it was clear I was at work because it was not only delivered to my job but I ignored the first two calls. Then he text mesaying I HAVE to sign my receipt. When I said I've never had to before he was like "well if you want to leave a tip you haveto". He badgered me at work... For a tip. Do you ever have a busy day, and then someone does a ?small? thing that makes your day easier? Well, Shombay, Curtis, and Bobby... did that for me today. They are exceptional people that work here! Bobby took my order and was very kind and personable. I waspicking up food for an event and ordered several drinks. I asked for a drink carrier, and unfortunately, they didn?t haveany. BUT, Curtis said, ?Wait, we don?t have any, but we can make you one.? I was like, wait really? And then Shombay pulled outa box and swiftly turned it into a drink carrier for me, and a box for the sandwiches. I was so grateful! Their thoughtfulnessmade all the difference, made my day easier, and kept me from spilling soda in my car. Give them a raise! :) Read more
