We ordered two pizzas and a thing of Italian cheese bread along with the Twix brownies. We noticed our Twix brownies were not in... with everything else. I then proceeded to call for the next 20 minutes before they closed. No one answered and my boyfrienddrove up there while I was calling. We got there 15 minutes before close and the lights were off a d the store was closed. Thereis no way to complain on the app. We spent like 6 bucks on these and now can't even have them. Read more
Find a different store. In an empty restaurant with at least 5 employees, I waited for at least 3 or 4 minutes with zero... interaction from the staff. Decided to leave. I'm sure the pizza tastes like LC pizza. So if you've had one you've had them all. Read more
Would have ordered. Would have loved to have ordered, I had one question before I placed my door dash order. Called and was on... hold for 12 minutes, figured they forgot about me so I hung up and called back. They picked up the phone and cradled it 3 timesin a row. I guess no Little Caesars for me and the monsters today. Very disappointed. Read more

Ordered one extra cheese pepperoni pizza with sticks and sauce. When I got there they couldn't find the order. Instead of saying... hey we can't find it would you like to wait for another or substitute it, they just substituted it for a bestest pepperoni. I donot order extra pepperoni because it upsets my stomach. Of course I didn't realize what they did until I was home. I would haveGLADLY waited for the correct order had they simply explained the situation. I am highly frustrated after a week of Mondays andwill not be returning to this location. Thanks. Absolutely horrible. The extra most best pizza barely has enough pepperoni to classify as a regular hot and ready. The... breadsticks are stale, under cooked and absolutely pathetic. If you like Little Caesars drive across town to literally any otherlocation and it will probably be better than this. Will not be back to this one. Read more
Under staffed for months, this Little Caesars location deserves some recognition for still delivering some of the best Hot and... Ready pizzas in the Lansing area. Staff are all great and you will always get a quality 'za. The parking (owned by a propertymanagement and not managed by this LC) is terrible. Read more
