I get a 45 minute lunch and they took the entire time to get anyone through their line. Once you pull up they totally ignore you... walking passed the window careful not to make eye contact. Finally after waiting here a long time I called the store and it tookages for them to come to the phone as they are walking up to the window so I hung up and tried to order. They told me it wouldbe 10 minutes as they just put the food in the oven. Why this wasn?t done ahead when it is obviously lunch time I have no idea.The employee gave me a face like he hates his job. So now I will be late back to work and I still don?t have my food. Theservice deserves no stars actually. And they didn?t offer any type of compensation for the lengthy wait. Read more
I pre-ordered my pizzas like I always do, and I'm told it will be ready in about 20 mins. So I was and give 25-30 mins, I get to... restaurant and there are other people waiting which was expected, i wait maybe an extra 10 mins, and I tell the guy behind thecounter my name and he says ok, and walks out! Leaves me standing for almost another 20 mins. Poor service and they did nothingto make it right. Read more
I specifically come to this location because they are usually pretty good. Tonight though was a different story. They didn't... answer the phone to take an order so we went in and ordered, it took around an hour to get the order. once home 2 pizzas aredoughy so they are pushing the pizza through the oven trying to speed orders through and its not cooking enough. This reallyisn't on the general staff, they had little general staff, this is on management for running an understaffed store with a clearlack of understanding of pre-night rush prep. Read more
I had a mobile order they forgot half of my items. When I let them know half my order wasn?t there the guy was rude and told me... I needed a receipt. The top of the box had the whole order printed on it. Staff seemed bother to have to help the customers. Read more
Had to walk in today to get pizza because the drive through was down just to then walk in for the first time in the 5 years I... lived in lansing and frequent buy pizzas from there to see how filthy the inside was. Dust everywhere, crumbs and food all overthe floor under warmers, doesn't look like they've swept or mopped in a long time, I just have never seen the inside and now Idon't even wanna eat the pizza I got and to top it off I wanted a pepperoni hot and ready and I paid and left and got home andopened the pizza and it was just cheese ???? I?m currently waiting 10 minutes for a Hot N Ready. As crew members are blasting rap music and hanging out In the back sitting... on pallets. I see that the lights are off in the kitchen. Not weird. Just a bunch of high school kids with no work ethic runningthis location. Sad. Also the lobby is disgusting. Terrible customer service. Also no one is wearing gloves while making thepizzas. Read more
Absolutely awful service!!!!! I placed my order ahead of time and arrived before the order was ready. But the lobby was closed... so I had to wait in a ridiculously long (30 minutes!!) drive thru line. My pizza was shown as ready just a few minutes into thatwait, so my pizza I ordered ahead was about 30 minutes old. I asked to have it replaced with a new pizza because I didn?t orderahead just to have it sit and grow old. The manager denied my request, saying ?either take the pizza or get a refund?. Whatawful, awful, AWFUL service. I wouldn?t dream of waiting half and hour for bad pizza already, but then to have the manager dothat??? Absolutely deplorable. For reference, the pizza was not only not warm - it was COLD! They didn?t even keep it in awarmer! We had to reheat it in our own oven back home before we could eat it, and it certainly tasted its old age by then! Read more
The last 2 times we stopped in was a disaster. No one ever came to the drive-thru window, not even to tell us it was closed... (even waved down an employee who ignored us). This time there was a long line and still no one came. But when we went insidethere were two workers, who were less than productive, and at least 4 customers waiting who hadn't been helpled.
