Gave me the wrong order, I complained so they made it right and gave me 30days to come back and receive replacement, I returned... today to receive replacement food and added a Nell?s cheese bread, the sandwich was fine but the bread was old and cold, I guessthey were mad about their mistake, well I?m mad my order was messed up twice, if you could order from another mancinos I wouldhighly suggest it. This is my first time coming in. I didn?t get a hi or anything. My pickup wasn?t ready but someone else?s pick up was ready.... While I was waiting for a good 15 minutes. If I knew it would take this long I would have went to lansing and taken care of mymoms dogs first and come in right at 9! Read more
The employees were very rude when I came to pick up my order. I never experience an employee who yells at their customers for... speaking on the phone. It wasn\'t just me, the employees were yelling at other customers as well. One guy didn\'t know to speakEnglish and didn\'t understand what they were saying. Yet they still yelled at him. I felt so bad for they because he didn\'tunderstand what they were saying. This was rude and totally unacceptable to yell at the customers for being on their phones. Read more

Tonight we wished we\'d had McDonalds instead. Our subs were undercooked and pretty...well...gross. We got the Club, which just... needed a harder toast on it. The steak and cheese sub we got did have thinly sliced steak but the seasoning or whatever on itwas gross and not near toasted enough. Read more
I have never been a sandwich person but when a friend recommended this place a whole new world opened up to me. The first week I... must have eaten their meatball grinder several times. When I order the meatball I add jalapenos, salami, steak, pepperoni, andpepperoncini. It\'s legit the best sandwich I have ever eaten. What\'s even more amazing is the size of the subs and the pricesare so reasonable. Read more
