I used to really like Mccalisters but as of recent the quality control has really gone down. I don?t know if they are just not... enforcing anything anymore or what. I order brocalli cheddar soup every single time I go and the last few times I went the cupis filled halfway up, like I?m talking 3 bites of soup. Also, If you order something on mobile with any kind of special request(like add mayo) don?t expect to receive it. Wait times are also extremely long, whether it is at 12 rush or not. Read more
I had the pleasure of enjoying a Jalapeno Turkey Crunch Sandwich. A good sandwich overall with savory ingredients which really... made the eating experience great. But to put it in the Spicy Category of their menu.....is a bit much. Definitely did not haveany spice to it all. And putting pepper jack cheese in a sandwich isn't enough to call it spicy. Horrible service. I waited 20 minutes to pick up a catering order from the back. The cashier told the catering manager who was... doing something with some orders. Apparently she ignored it, left the area. I asked someone else to get the order, they saidthey couldn't but did not remind the catering person when she came back. It was a cluster $#@&. Usually when we get food from here its good.. this time bad.. they didnt toast my husbands sandwich.. they also didnt put hardly... any sauce or avocado on my sandwhich.. i do have to say the manager was nice and refunded us and gave us money back.. im sorrybut do not charge us 35 dollars for it not being made properly.. Place is going downhill. Service slower due to staffing shortage. Prices have increased. And portions are skimpy. My Turkey... sandwich had barely any meat mostly mustard. You should be able to see the meat but it was all bread and mustard. And for $10plus tax? it was a $40 lunch for me and my friend and it felt mid. Read more
The food was pretty good. But they accidentally gave my order to some other guy. Then when they remade it, they forgot to take... off the tomato and shorted me a pickle. Usually love stopping here for lunch, but the new way they package the food is terrible. They were very busy with a nonstop line but, it moved crazy fast. The amount of staff was great, always a place for the next... people to sit. Our food was great too! Win-win Read more
