While watching 2 cars move thru the outer drive-thru lane as I received no service at the inside lane, I decided to pull forward... and order at the window. (A fish sandwich, nothing more.) The woman at the window treated me as if I had cut in line and told meto go around the building to the back of the line. When I tried to explain (again) that I was in line, she snapped, "Which linewere you in?" as though this was now an inquest. Wow. I lost my appetite for this McDonald's and moved on to a friendlier, lesscynical restaurant. Read more

This location has severely neglected their lobby services. I have been a recurring customer of this location for many years and... previously experienced quality customer care. However, in recent visits, I have left very disappointed. Multiple self-servekiosks are not functioning or only partially function. This would not be an issue if there was service at the front counter,which there is little-to-none. My last two experiences ordering at the self-serve kiosk REQUIRED me to pay at the front counter,with the help of an actual human employee. The latter time, I was able to pay, but had to wait nearly half an hour for my orderto be completed, and I had to remind the shift lead of multiple items that were incorrect or missing. The last visit, I hadplaced my order, however the kiosk required I pay at the counter, and no employee would give me even a minute of their time. Iam very dissatisfied with the decline in quality of a once respectable restaurant. Read more

They've changed ownership making for different quality AND service than what we were accustomed to for the past several years.... Long wait times, the receipt offer for surveys is gone and some of the friendly staff faces I've come to know over the years Ihaven't seen lately. The new team doesn't seem to be nearly as warm and pleasant which isnt a big deal if you get orders donequickly and correctly but they arent doing that. My order was wrong but I didnt even bother to share that because of anotherinteraction that made me confident this location should no longer be patronized. The team lead is super rude and the manager hasno problem not honoring advertised deals. It's a shame the Frandor location was our go to for the past ten years. Read more

Went inside this time--I usually do drive thru. Kiosks were new to me for ordering--wow, I really haven't been inside for... awhile! A few things while going through the ordering process were not intuitive, but I'm sure if I used the system more often,it would become easier. Other than that, things were very smooth. Order came up quickly and was correct. Staff was friendly. Read more

This location is one of the best McDonald's locations I have ever been to. They are speedy, friendly, and the orders are... accurate more than the average fast food place. I have had a couple instances where they forgot a fry, but I didn't leave theproperty yet without checking and got it resolved quickly. Read more

Nicest crew of any McDonald's I've ever visited. The store is clean, bathroom is tidy, and management is visibility working next... to crew members every time I visit. That's the key to a smooth running operation; managers that are willing to do actual workand lead by example. Other locations in Lansing could and should use this location as an example of how to run a greatMcDonald's restaurant. Read more

Got food fast. Building looked clean considering all the snow. Almost $30 for 3 meals yikes but decent for fast food.
