Went through the drive-through was ignored. My total was $13.13. So as I gave the cashier $20.13. The cashier never gave me... change back. When I called them to tell them that I never received my change, I was told the drawer was not off. Told me that Ishould of kept my receipt. The cashier wrapped my receipt on my sweaty drink. Can never find my online order when placed through the app. Never have this problem at any other McDonald?s.
Fish sandwich was put together with the bun off the fish both top and bottom bun with a stale breaded fish and no tarter sauce... and 1/4 slice of cheese. Somehow my apple juice came out as orange juice. One job to do and got it wrong. I didn't complain tothe staff because no one cares and if they did it would be right but I won't go back there. Total mess in there. One, they left the lobby doors unlocked but told everyone that the lobby was closed. Two, they don?t tell... you a price at the speaker. Which is kind of whatever because I ordered a sweet tea, which brings me to the pay window. Shedidn?t say a THING to me. Still not yet a terrible experience though. It happens. Get to the next window, and was left there forprobably like five minutes waiting on a sweet tea. Got tea and left, figured out it wasn?t sweet tea. It was regular tea. So nowI?m a little miffed and I head back to get a sweet tea, I tell the lady at the speaker that I just ordered a sweet tea and got aregular tea, and she gives me attitude. Like big attitude. Told me the total this time, which I paid for a second drink despitethe fact that they messed it up. Paid in change cause that?s all I had left after buying my first (messed up) drink. Now listen,I?ve worked in fast food for a long time, and I know how to conduct yourself so you don?t look unprofessional. This McDonald's was awesome! I haven't said that I don't think ever about a McDonald's. First, we were so happy there wasn't a... line like other McDonald's where we usually have about a 20 min. wait. Second, the small fries were actually filled full andhot. I've done other reviews from other locations and show the fries half full. Lastly, the Coke tasted like the old Coke we useto get before they started offering them for a $1 and added more carbonation than syrup. I will be going to this location on St.Joe from now on. :) Read more
Usually this place has okay service. But I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich... the bread was smashed and it had about a... teaspoon of sauce, if not less ???? i couldn?t believe my eyes. There wasnt a dinner rush but the quality was poor. Customerservice was poor. Read more
