Used the app today (Thanksgiving) to place a breakfast order, added a 6,000 point reward, drove there and they were closed. Very... disappointing the hours were not updated on Google, but even more frustrating that their own McDonald's app let me place anorder for pickup and the hours for today in their app say they're open until 7pm today. Did the mobile app and when I arrived I followed the prompts as normal, accepted my payment and said up to 5min. 12+ minutes... later I walked in and and waited another 3ish minutes before I was acknowledged. My food had been sitting on the counter since Iwalked in, mind you there were 5 customers inside and 4 cars in the drive thru. But after the attitude from the employee wentaway and I received my food and I got back to my car, the food was cold and I was missing an item. Didn't bother to walk back inagain and chalked it up to a loss. Morale of the story I guess is don't bother trying to save time with the app and just goinside or drive thru to place an order. Ordered an extra espresso shot, (an upcharge) paid for my order. When I received my drink, I was told there was no espresso... shot. I'd appreciate it if I had been told before I paid for something I wasn't able to get. When the whole reason I ordered thedrink with an extra shot was to get caffeine.
