Used the app today (Thanksgiving) to place a breakfast order, added a 6,000 point reward, drove there and they were closed. Very... disappointing the hours were not updated on Google, but even more frustrating that their own McDonald's app let me place anorder for pickup and the hours for today in their app say they're open until 7pm today. Did the mobile app and when I arrived I followed the prompts as normal, accepted my payment and said up to 5min. 12+ minutes... later I walked in and and waited another 3ish minutes before I was acknowledged. My food had been sitting on the counter since Iwalked in, mind you there were 5 customers inside and 4 cars in the drive thru. But after the attitude from the employee wentaway and I received my food and I got back to my car, the food was cold and I was missing an item. Didn't bother to walk back inagain and chalked it up to a loss. Morale of the story I guess is don't bother trying to save time with the app and just goinside or drive thru to place an order. Ordered an extra espresso shot, (an upcharge) paid for my order. When I received my drink, I was told there was no espresso... shot. I'd appreciate it if I had been told before I paid for something I wasn't able to get. When the whole reason I ordered thedrink with an extra shot was to get caffeine. No sense in paying for a drink when it's definitely not what I ordered or wanted. Read more

Not open 24/7 as advertised. Employees literally sitting around doing nothing and yelled at us thru the glass. Extremely rude... location. And to think they think they deserve $18/hr....laughable. Read more
Worst experience at Mcd's in a LONG time and this location used to be better. Waited 34 mins (!) for a mobile curbside order... that consisted of 2 meals and a cheeseburger. At dinnertime (6:30)! After going inside at about 20 mins, I was told they wereworking on it (even though employees AND manager were busy talking and messing around). After finally getting our food at min34, I had to go back in because the order was wrong. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers no bun, only pickle and 1 plain no bun (parentscan understand). I got 3 meat patties on a tray. No cheese, no pickles, no nothing. AFTER going back in, the picture is how they"made it right". The manager was less than apologetic and didn't seem to understand my frustration of waiting over a half hourfor a mobile order, watching the drive thru orders keep leaving the parking lot.
