Consistently opening late even though it?s a 24hr? They are never at the mic it?s so annoying dude. Everytime I?ve went here my order has never been messed up, the 2 times it was slightly wrong they hooked me up with extra food... and the service is always awesome. Lots of young kids working here and they have a great positive attitude. Read more

Female employee asked me to hold on at the speaker and then never came back to take my order. Six cars in the other line went... ahead of me! I ended up just canceling the order I was there to get. I would have went inside as you normally would with suchorders, but the lobby is under renovation currently. I understand being busy, but there is no reason that six vehicles that camein behind me, were taken care of before I was ever even able to tell them I was there for a delivery order. That is completelyaside from the fact that it took over a minute for me to be greeted once I pulled up to the speaker, in the first place. I satthere for literally over 5 minutes at the speaker, after she finally greeted me. I really hope this location also works toretrain their employees on focusing to prioritize their customer service aspect of the business, before they reopen their lobby. Read more
