Avoid this McDonald's if you actually like to be served. I sat in the drive trough for over 5 minutes with no one once coming on... the speaker saying anything. They continued to take orders at the drive through next to me and even took the order of the personbehind me immediately after I left. Refusing to serve people is horrible business and does not make your place look professionalat all. Read more
Last straw....my fries were not only cold but down right disgusting....hard as rocks...not to mention waiting over 10 minutes... for them... I'm not usually a complainer about it but come on... these people are paid more then I am usually at least can I gethot fries????? Read more

I ordered through the app. Went to the drive thru. Got to the window and they gave me my 3 pops and made me park to wait for... the rest of my stuff. After waiting 15 minutes they finally brought out my food, but not my frappe. I told the lady I wasmissing my frappe. She says carmel right, I'll go get it. 5 minutes later after watching at least 2 others walk out withfrappes, I went in to get mine and she provides me a refund because the frappe machine went down. Maybe of she had brought itout on time I would have gotten my frappe. If the machine was down, I should have been informed before having to go in the storeafter waiting for 20 minutes. Then I get home to find my nuggets were far from fresh. Not a fan!!! Read more
Slow service. Always a huge line waiting in the pull ahead area. Counter service it's next to impossible to get an employee's... attention. McDonald's whole counter needs to be put back to being staffed, not a pick up spot for kiosk orders. Read more
