I ordered a iced mocha and the lady proceeded to make a door dash orders that were not even there and had me standing there for... ten minutes. Not pleased horrible customer service! I left without getting my order or my money back! Read more
I had the best experience at the Jolly Rd McD's the other day just after 5pm on my way home from work. Both women at the windows... were kind and cheerful. They both made me smile. My food was ready quickly. The fries were hot and my Big Mac was pictureperfect. Read more

Came through with my mom, we ordered 2 sandwiches, person on drivethough was rude to my mother because they couldn't understand... what she had said even though she said the order very clearly so I wanted to just leave right there. But we continued and theytook our order and still somehow mess up my order(no cheese). How you gonna have the audacity to talk to my mom the way you didjust because you were not listing and still messing up a simple order? It's really annoying if you couldn't tell from my rant. Dine-in app order came up quickly. The fries were hot, fresh, and not undercooked. Big Mac was perfect. Kids ate their nuggets,... fries, and burger patty. Having 2 preschool age girls, this location having a Playplace is really helpful. Getting betterservice and properly made food is yet another bonus of this versus the Cedar-Holt location. Read more
