Extremely dirty. The Mac n cheese (which comes in a premade package) was somehow watered down? My sandwich had old lettuce and... avocado. My friend's chicken sandwich was pink. 2 stars simply because the workers were friendly. But this location needsserious help. Read more
I would like to start out with - that I understand there are worse things in the world than my online food order getting screwed... up! I do not understand what it is with this location...but every time I do an online order there is always something wrong...Either something is missing or there are items in my bag that I did not order. Sometimes the items in my bag are an attempt toreplace something they don't have or have run out of. They shouldn't have something available to order on the website and payfor it if it's not available. Today when I went to pick up my order.. they didn't put two fruit cups in my bag. When I saidsomething to one of the employees... they said they have one they could give me but that I would have to wait awhile for the 2ndone. This was an online order scheduled 2 hours prior. I said forget it and left. I don't understand why order accuracy is anongoing problem at this location! Read more
I had not previously ranked Panera high on my eatery list for several years. This location finally won me over to a weekly... returning client. I like the new touch pad menu/order/ credit card pay kiosk. Easy to use and rarely have to wait more than 3,4mins for empty kiosk. Beats standing in line at noon waiting to order and pay. I have settled into ordering off the duetssection of the menu which gives me a selection of smaller portion choices for $5.99...6.35 with tax. I'm stuck on a grilled???? cheese sandwich and a bowl of ???? tomato soup for $6.35 total. They cook it up and serve it to you on real plates and realsilverware. This is Panera's contribution to reducing landfill trash and conserving this planets finite resources. Total win allof the way around in my book. Read more
The manager on duty I think,(she had a Panera catering shirt on) and employees working today, September 13, 2022 at 4:25pm are... wonderful!! They quickly remedied a small problem with a smile and professionally! The manager and guy that took our order andlady at the food window are friendly and great!! Read more

EDIT: This is one of those businesses for which Google reviews are more helpful to the customer. Reviewing past entries makes it... clear that management is unresponsive and the same issues come up year after year. I'd feel a lot better about leaving you a20% tip ahead of the actual service if I didn't also have to wipe my own table down before using it (at 10:30 when there was norush). Condensation dripping from one of your ceiling HVAC ducts onto my plate and food added to my regret. Love your food anddrinks but no more tips for you ahead of service. You'll have to earn them. The bathrooms are always disgusting, unkept. Last week there was abandoned food and trash all over the floor. DIRTY! This... location is so complacent with vagrants and they are half the common traffic inside. Imagine respectable patrons but hindered bypanhandlers, begging, disturbing behavior ECT. While walking into the bathroom, someone was brushing their teeth and using thesink for personal hygiene. *Updated picture#2 5-29 Hobo hair clogged sink* Loose tobacco is regularly on the back of thetoilet from other activities. The location is the only good thing about this restaurant. Last week there was a big disturbancebetween staff and a street person that would leave and he ties his dog to a table.
