I drove through this Panera for a quick lunch salad and what I received on top looked fine except that when I started to look... underneath the first layer of lettuce it was nothing but a mass of rotten wet greens. Completely inedible and obviously old. Read more

Just went through drive thru after explicitly communicating nut allergy got home to find nuts on my salad. Manager was nice but... couldn't replace salad unless I drove all the way back! Why should I be inconvenienced by your mistake. Anything less than youdriving me a replacement salad is unacceptable! Read more

It's still fast food. But it's good if you know how to manipulate their menu. I'm not going into detail because you should... figure it out for yourself. Not everyone is nice. I get along with a few people who know when I come in sometimes. Cashiers willbe seen on their phones, not paying attention to the people in line. But those are staff who obviously don't care about theirjobs. I appreciate the ones in there doing the grunt work. I like the rewards system they have because you get the chance toearn free items sometimes and get discounts. Their kiosk does not acknowledge the coupons I use at checkout which is annoying, but technology is always annoying sometimes. It's the way of the world, just let someone know. The food isn't of the highestquality but what do you expect? We're in America and it's a fast food place. I appreciate getting any food at all. I recommendwhen it comes back onto their menu the Cinnamon Crunch Latte. And always go in the morning if you want fresh pastries? Someonetold me they bake overnight before opening. The cinnamon toast bagel is really good with honey walnut cream cheese. Read more

Panera at it's best will leave you feeling satisfied. This is not that. Maybe the turnover of staff has left gaps in the... training, but when you modify a sandwich with no tomato, you should see no tomato. All full sized sandwiches should come with apickle, and be wrapped using 2 sheets of paper (to keep the pickle tucked away from the sandwich). Also, 2 napkins is thestandard. It really comes down to location, but it shouldn't... there should be consistency in a national chain. Sorry, I'mtalking like I used to work for the company. Oh wait... I did. Read more

I will never ho back to the Paneras on Saginaw in Lansing. I ordered a regular cinnamon bagel and got something with sugar on... it!. I took it back and they said they are not redoing my order. Seriously? I can't believe you did this. Also nobody goesaround and wipes the tables down. I have to do it and you want a tip? What do you do to get a tip? This is a good way to getallot of people sick. And as a customer stop calling them Darling!! Am I at a bar?? Read more

I purchased a roasted turkey & avocado BLT, however there was no avocado and I had already driven back to work 15 mins away.... This location unfortunately has issues like this half the time I go (I wish I could stay away, but their mac and cheese is socomforting and I liked their baked goods too much), so it's really hit or miss. One time I called 30 mins ahead to order bagelsfor the office, I was put on hold for 25 mins than hung up on. A few times I ordered a large Mac with my pick two (paid theupcharge), only to realize later I was given a small. This location is notorious for running out of avocado, however up untilnow they've always told me when I'm ordering they don't have any - so they either forgot to tell me or someone just forgot toput in on my sandwich. 90% of the time the staff is very pleasant, and the store manager seemed nice the one time I got to speakwith them (they let me keep the small Mac they gave me in error and gave me the large like I ordered). If the slip ups weren'tso consistent I'd give them a 4 star, but it's seriously every other time I go there. Also the drive through is VERYunfortunate. Once you get in you can't leave. When I go there for a specific item and they're sold out I have to wait sometimes10-15 mins before I can leave the line, which sometimes means I have to race back to work with no lunch. Read more

First off, Olivia's very polite and when we told her we wanted a minute to decide what we wanted she didn't get irritated like a... lot of other places do. She had a good sense of humor and it was appreciated. The bacon chipotle chicken pizza is SO good!!Everything just goes together so perfectly. Nothing is overpowering but just blends well. They messed up on my fiances pizza byputting tomatoes on it it he didn't want them. We pointed it out and they immediately apologized, started making him a new oneand even put the mess up in a box for us to take home and eat later. It was greatly appreciated as I had mine with tomato on itand will gladly have one to eat later. The Mac n cheese was eh and nothing very special. Not because it tasted bad or anythingbut just not my personal preference for Mac n cheese. The iced cinnamon crunch latte was pretty good as well. The southwestchili chicken salad was really good as well. I love the dressing they use. He works right down the road and I can already seeseveral visits on his way home for me haha! Read more
