Ordered online. Knew it was going to be a bit longer than expected. After an hour, called, manager during the evening just said ... the delivery driver should be there any minute, and just hang up on me. 2 hours later, called again, same guy, and he snapped atme even though I never got confrontational with him. Never said sorry, didn't offer compensation for the order being over 2hours late. Driver apologized profusely. Driver had an amazing attitude, the only reason I didn't tell her to take the foodback, and that I just wanted my money back. Read more

Longtime fan of This Papa Johns. Excellent quality control, clean place. Long time Manager on top of things. Very willing to... make your food as you like it. I like thin crust, also like the regular crust pizza heavy on sauce light on cheese personally.and Chicken wings well done are superb! Read more
Papa John's, the ORIGINAL Papa John's is my favorite pizza in the city! Their pizza & bread are amazing and they always follow... your specific requests if they can. I get my order 15-20 minutes early every time. Highly, highly recommend!! Read more
On 6-11-22 I placed in order at the Michigan avenue store in Lansing Michigan they made my order wrong and then they took the... pizza back that they made wrong and made the right order and then brought back the pizza but they made wrong. This is againstMIOSHA standards as to where they should have never accepted the pizza back from me that she just told me to keep it and they'regoing to make the right order I probably won't never order for them again. I am a long time restaurant worker and delivery driver who currently works here at Papa John's Lansing. The Original Papa... John's! The manager & pizza maker, Bruce Curtis, has been with this shop since 1984; the year I was born. How cool is that? Thephoto is a small Philly cheesesteak pizza. The crew got to eat this one. It was delicious! We have a great staff who has beenworking hard to make fresh dough every week and get pizzas delivered on time. We love our fellow Lansing food & hospitalityworkers.
