The food was flavorful, but the amount of filling per bread was weak. Service was ok, but a couple orders that came in after us... were finished ahead of ours. It was a middle of the road experience. Not bad, not great. Also should update your payment methodsto accept phone touch payments. Read more

Sandwich was good, but the fries were not fresh cut, they cut whole bin full then left them sitting there getting old and dried... out. Plus ours were over cooked. I understand with today's market work ,you hire what you can get ,but those 2 attention toservice left a lot of room for improvement. Read more

There is an employee here who is always masked up. He says "Mask Up, We're All Going To DIE!!!!" I asked this ???? if he has... COVID. He was offended and asked me if I had COVID. I told him it was none of his business and he asked why it was my businessif he had COVID. My answer was "Because you're handling my food and I'm not handling your food!" Yea....this might have been one of the worst experience at a penn station. And won't come back. I just think there needs to be... better training. Had to walk out of there after placing order. Ordered sandwich...the young man taking order, also made the foodwhich is fine...my issue was he took the raw chicken with his hands(with plastic gloves) and used the same hands to handle thebread before cutting. Talk about cross contamination...disappointed...handled the bread and the cheese with the same hand as theraw chicken. Yea I'm good. Had to go. Got to be better guys. Treat it like your food. I placed an order and arrived after the 15 minutes we waited for about 10 minutes more; they told my GF, who went in to pick up... our order, that the workers had waited to drop the fries. Fires were cold and hard as if they sat there all day; the employeesliterately just lied to us, lmao. The sandwich, which was Italian, had one piece of ham on it and was also cold not sure whatthe hell I paid for, but I will tell you I'll never go there again, and honestly, neither should you! I wish I would have taken a picture of what they decided was a sandwich. The fries were hard as a rock. And the salad. $9.29... for about 2 cups of lettuce, if that, and maybe 2-4 ounces of diced chicken. Let me not forget, they fulfilled 5 orders afterthey gave me my sandwich, before they gave us the picture salad. I don't know what happened at this location. It used to be mygo to place for lunch. I'll never dine in again either. Filthy restroom. And the tables were sticky awful. I was lookingforward to eating there, such a disappointment today. I won't be back. $31 throw away. Read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Prepaid on the Penn Station website and walked straight to the cashier who was on her cell phone. When... she finished her texting she looked up and acknowledged me. I told her my name and she asked a line worker if they had my order.They said no. I then show her my confirmation email and she calls her general manager. She relays all the information from myconfirmation email then proceeds to tell me they didn't get the order and would not be able to give me my food. I explained thatmy credit card had already been charged and asked if that would be refunded. SHE SAID NO. SHE TOLD ME I WOULD NOT RECEIVE ANYFOOD OR A REFUND FOR AN ORDER I ALREADY PAID FOR AND HAD FULL CONFIRMATION AND PROOF OF PURCHASE. She then happens to find myticket and sandwich coming out of the oven. Not enough. She had already told me that I was supposed to just accept I paid $15for a sandwich and was going to get nothing. Never going to another Penn Station as long as I live. EDIT: The owner reached outto me to explain why this situation was handled precisely the way he would have wanted it to be. I have worked in severalrestaurants and I am not unsympathetic to food workers. But this level of disregard for customer satisfaction is more thanenough reason to find another place to buy your food. I don't visit here often because of the location. The staff is friendly and very patient it's hard to pick just one sandwich to... get they all sound delicious. I do love fresh fries and they make them fresh from fresh potatoes. I only give 4 starts because Inoticed they seem to be a bit neglected by there company. The wallpaper was a falling a bit and they seemed exhausted which isvery understandable. The people there are good I just think the higher ups should pay more attention to there stores. I will begoing back for more food. Read more
