I hate giving negative reviews but my goodness. Ice cream scoop of meat, watery queso, every trashcan overflowing. Might as... well have went to taco bell for $20 of chips and watery queso and few pieces of meat - at least id have been full. edit: Iraised the review from one star to three because they reached out and did make an attempt to make it right. It is nice when you can watch your food being prepared right in front of your eyes. I had steak fajitas.
The food was good. The employees were pretty cool for the most part. I don't really like when they're talking to each other... about their weekend at JJs party and how wild Aubrey got when she got a few in her while making my food, and me having to repeatwhat I said because they weren't listening, but they were all nice and the food was decent, and the place was clean and that wasonly one person. These guys are FAST! I am always in and out in about 5 minutes. Besides that the food is great! There are a ton of options in... the frandor shopping center but I almost always choose Qdoba. Read more
This Qudoba is one of the most professional locations I?ve been to. The people who work the front line are fast and efficient... and cashiers are always super nice. Food is always amazing and fresh! 10/10 recommend this Qudoba! I came back to update that iorder pickup from this location for my coworkers and I on a weekly basis and they are absolutely amazing. Purchased food with my fiance last night, ordered a burrito and 3 tacos. Portions on everything were sad, especially the tacos.... I asked an employee to add more meat because of the lack of it, they proceeded to tell me that extra meat is $2.50 which I couldnot believe because of the paltry amount already on there. So I have to pay extra to receive what would be considered a regularportion of taco meat from an actual taqueria? Decided not to pursue the issue because we were hungry and I will not pay extramoney to receive average service. Photo included of a taco, when folded it was more a taquito and less a taco. Working inrestaurants, I can tell when employees stop caring, these employees did not care at all. Its quite easy to see when something islacking and fix it for the customer because its an easy fix. From other current reviews, it seems this QDOBA is seriouslylacking professionalism and will not change anytime soon. Will not be returning. My boyfriend and I come here every Wednesday to get the dinner deal after 4pm. The price is just phenomenal for what you get.... Before I came to Lansing, I used to be a Chipotle fan all the way, but fast forward to today, Qdoba has free guac and queso,more options, better prices, more convenient locations, and a simple rewards app. The food is consistently high quality and theyare never out of anything other than maybe the fresh brewed iced tea near closing time, which is normal for any place that brewsfresh beverages.
