Based off of last night's performance, if I could give it a zero star review I would. Never have I ever seen people move so slow... to prepare food. I watched someone who folds burritos on a daily basis not know how to fold a burrito, so much so that thecashier had to stop what he was doing to take over. I'm pretty sure the manager (the only one wearing a black shirt instead ofyellow) was just off to the side singing or talking to himself while cutting up meat, not once looking up to see that the lineworkers were struggling and the line growing to out the door. We ordered through the Door dash app. We ended up missing a lot of our sides (4 out of 5). Chips were missing with the Guac.... Seemed other items in the meals were skimpy. In addition, we didn't receive any cutlery even though the receipt said it wasincluded. The store manager was pleasant when I asked her how to resolve this issue. The reason I'm only giving this place a 2 star is because the chicken has been burnt for the last few months I've been going. If... it wasn't for this issue then this place would easily be a 4 or 5. I eat at the W Saginaw location often but I'm going to stopgoing because the chicken being burnt regularly is a major problem. The store was very busy - about 20 people seated eating and another 5+ consistently in line. The staff was amazing - fast,... accurate, and friendly. Every worker was smiling and seemed happy even though they were busting their tails filling orders. Almost every booth was filled yet the dining room was stocked and clean. The food was great too.
