The baristas are usually very friendly, i find a reoccurring problem though... the drinks are never filled up all the way. I get... the whipped cream can melt so there might be a small gap but it looks as if someone took a huge sip from it. Read more
I visited this Starbucks on Sunday November 27th around 2 PM. The employees here are some of the friendliest people I have ever... encountered. My ordered was prepared quickly and correctly as well. The only downside is that there were no napkins anywhere.That being said, I am still giving them 5 stars. Read more

Came to the drive thru today with only 2 cars ahead of me waiting at the window. Waited approximately 5 minutes, but no one ever... came on the speaker although, I could see the heavy set light skin girl glaring at me & rolling her eyes through her window. Placed an in-store pick up order in the morning 10min before I arrived. The door was closed and only drive through was opened. I... walked to the drive through window and told them that I needed my IN-STORE PICK UP DRINK. That I didn?t have time to go throughdrive through because I?d be late for work and that?s exactly why I placed IN-STORE PICK UP ORDER. Stopped in at this Starbucks location for a meeting and enjoyed my visit. The store is a bit on the smaller side, but still a... very clean store and the staff was super friendly. I got a pour over and it was actually really tasty. The only downside is someof the plugs on one part of the store suddenly stopped working and so I had to shift to another seat. I called about a complaint on my drink's that was made Rong so spoke to teem leader (Shari) at night she was so hateful and... nasty and full of disrespect to me over the phone don't think she need to be working with customers!????????????
