Today I visited the drive-thru at this location near Walmart and let me say the food and drinks were delicious, +friendly... service! My Frisco Melt and fries were hot and crispy, seasoned perfectly. My shake was thick, and even came exactly how itlooks on the menu (w/chocolate drizzle). The soda wasn?t flat which is surprisingly hard to come by. I?ll definitely be back! Read more

The new ordering kiosk lets you know you have to be at least smart enough to use it to eat there. I find that comforting. You... can be sure the average senior riff-raff has transitioned to Denny's and you can enjoy your meal in relative peace. The onlydownside is the fries are so small, just trying to eat them may give you carpal tunnel syndrome. Pro tip: use a fork. Read more
It used to be great to go to Steak and Shake and have your order taken. Now you walk up to a machine and spend 10 minutes trying... to place your order. Terrible food and no service. I give the chain 2 months maybe 3. Good luck! Read more
They no longer have a person to take your order, it is all touchscreen. This wouldn't normally bother as much as it did today... but it takes longer than a normal order since you have to type things in and choose toppings/condiments from a selection screen,etc. I was not impressed and I was only ordering for one, it would be ridiculous trying to order for a family like this. Probably won?t come back. Not because of the food. Food was average. I had the garlic burger with fries. Meat was warm, bun... was cold. I gave them 2 stars since they weren?t that busy and it took 31 minutes to get our food. Read more
