Ordered from this place twice this week. Thinking maybe they just had a bad day the first time. No, my cell was even worse the... second time and I ordered the exact same thing copied and pasted off of my already ordered list that I had ordered last time Iasked for a chicken bacon ranch. The name of the sub tells you exactly what needs to go in it. How come there was only chicken?No bacon, no ranch, no mayo which I ordered and they were very few veggies. No lettuce and it was not even toasted. The meat wascold. My husband ordered a meatball sub and his the meatballs of it were literally cold like they just came out of the fridge.Will never order from this place again. Disgusting. I called the place to complain. They told me that their shift manager calledoff and that they're manager wasn't going to be there until tomorrow. time says they open at 10, doors were open i came in and a nice gentleman started taking my order, the lady prepping is going to... say ?is it even 11 yet? ?Open till 10? but when I got there at 9:02 it was completely locked. Called and seen the worker in there but no response.

I wish we could do a no star. As that is what I would given it. Supposedly toaster oven wasn't working. Was told that when we... walked in the door. Girl had to keep asking what we said yet had ear buds in her ears. I wanted a wrap. Said they didn't havetomato basil wrap only regular wraps. Was told can't heat it up. I said thought it was just the toaster oven wasn't working.Finally got the meat heating up. My fiance asked for Lettuce on his sub. She said we're out. He just wanted a little. There wasmore than he wanted in the bin. Then he wanted mayo on the sub to the ends. She went up and down instead of side to side. Had toexplain this to the girl. She literally had no idea how to comprehend things. She put just a few onions and green peppers on mywrap. Told her I wanted double meat. Regular meat was 2 trays of meat. She handed him 1 more instead of 2. Had to ask for more.The man that was working with her, was more worried with the door dash order than us and the customers waiting to order. I willNEVER EVER be seen close to this store again. Need more people that can comprehend food orders and common sense. I am sodisgusted. Should have went elsewhere. Read more

Friendly staff and clean lobby. Food has always been correct as ordered. Can't ask for more than that. I will continue to order... from this Subway location. Read more

Gave them one star because not an option for no stars worst store in lansing by far manager is horrible and it reflects in her... staff feel bad for who ever own this location it has the potential to be an amazing store but as long as his current managerTanya is in charge he will continue to lose costumers!!! After placing an online order and giving very specific instructions I picked up my order and immediately realized they didn?t... follow any of my instructions. So I sent my husband in, the manager refused to remake the sandwich. So he told her ?I just wantyou to know I tried to be nice.? I went in showed her the instructions and she still refused to make the sandwich. I gave thesandwich to her and told her I didn?t want it it was gross. She told me to ?get out of my store and don?t ever come back? I saythis because today I spent $40 there to feed my family and every time I go there I spend $40-$60 so she just turned away a$1,000 of dollars a year just from myself. I hope this place gets closed down asap they have terrible customer service. Read more
