Frozen yogurt was great, staff that night was not. Girl at front counter proceeded to tell me they were closing soon (in half an... hour) and gave attitude the whole time. They are the best here! Always offering wonderful service until the last minute. They go in the back and check if there are... extra boba if the flavor I want is out. They will even tell me what frozen yogurt is a available for the day when I call! Read more
My husband and I adore Sugar Berry!!!! All the employees are so nice. They always offer to let us try different flavors. We... tried pistachio last time and it was so good we both got it! The store is always clean from the floor to the topping station. The topping station is always full and the fruit is fresh. It's never been sticky or messy even when they are busy. This place is INCREDIBLE!!! Spectacular service! They treat you so very kindly and always have a smile on their face.
