I ordered 3 boxes online along with a few extras. We waited on the drive thru for some time and got our order and went straight... home. COLD. EVERYTHING was COLD and hard! The potatoes were dark brown and HARD. The nacho fries were COLD. ALL of our food wascold! We contacted the restaurant and they said to bring the order back and they would remake it. So we did. Once we arrived, wewent inside with the nasty food. The General manager laughed as we entered and said "drop some fresh potatoes" so off the rip itwas a bad time. The general manager (she says) laughed at us and said she would only remake the fries and potatoes. I asked whyall of our was cold and she said "because I'm the general manager and that's all I'm willing to remake" then refused to give mea receipt and remake any of the food at that point. Read more
Kiosk, it takes a long time to punch in your order. Customer service has basically been put on the back burner at most fast food... chains. They don't even smile anymore and say have a nice day. I went there today to get breakfast and all the lights were oninside, drive through menu board was lit up, and i waited about 2 minutes before I pulled away and went to burger King.Restaurants wonder why they are not covering expenses. So apparently extras and sides here at taco bell... Cost M-O-N-E-Y.. said the fat sloppy sloppy 52 year old white man who. Most... certainly rides the bus .. not only did we not get all our order. My daughter has been telling me how awesome the iced coffee here is Went to get 2 iced coffees at 2pm. Was told the machine was... down. And that is past breakfast time. Really? I work 12 hours overnight so this is actually my breakfast time. Last night wentto taco bell on MLK and was told they had no cups to make the coffee with! And that's a brand new location!! Whoever the person was preparing the food on August 4, 2022 around 11:30pm needs to be fired or talked to or something because I... get the same double beef cheese burrito at this location and many others and never have I ever gotten a small portion burrito.Please get it together staff. This has to be the worst Taco Bell experience I have had. The young lady who took my order had great customer service however my... actual order was terrible. I ordered a Mexican pizza no beans extra beef. First off there was hardly any beef in the inside ofthe pizza and no cheese on top. The food was just thrown together. When I?m not understanding because there was no line at all.So Once I got home I called and spoke with the manager who stated we put the extra beef on the top of the pizza. Why would thateven be an option? Then he states you can come back and we remake it for you. I?m all the way home I?m not going back out. Thenhe proceeds to say well next time you?re in the area say my name and I?ll get you another one. There was no apologies or offerfor a refund. I?m very disappointed.
