This has got to be to slowest location ever. 3 cars in front of it at 1pm. 3 cars. I still sat there for 15 mins and didn't... budge! That's ridiculous! I pulled off without ordering a single item. I've worked fast food and I work retail. I understandthat things happen and sometimes you get slammed and don't have enough staff. But 3 cars ahead of me, the line not even wrapped.15 mins. I can't imagine what your times look like. You need a new staff here. It's been like this for a long time. I tried sohard to give this location the benefit of the doubt since I work in frandor, but after today I just can't anymore. I'm not really sure what this location's problem; but every single time I ordered a delivery from them, it takes forever and... ever to get the food. I had to wait almost 2/2.5 hours only for them to cancel my delivery. Really disappointed. Read more
THE WORST!! If you are ordering doordash or UberEATS or something DO NOT order from this branch because your food will be cold... and mushy when it arrives because the restaurant closes the lobby by 6pm and delivery drivers have to go through the drive-thruline as if we were replacing an order. So we have to wait through all the other orders ahead of us to pick up an order that'salready been ready to go for at least 15 to 20 minutes or however long it takes to get through all the cars ahead of thedelivery driver. Other Taco bells around town leave a door open just for delivery drivers. They are very considerate and niceabout it and US delivery drivers appreciate that. But you won't see that at this Taco Bell because they don't care. Horrible Read more
This is the worst fast food restaurant I?ve ever been to. You?ll wait for 15 minutes at the counter just to catch side eye from... the kitchen yet no one will come up to help. Their drive through will randomly shut down and refuse orders. It?s dirty insideand I won?t ever come back. It?s worth the 8 minute drive to find a different location. Read more

I am not impressed with this location at all. I was trying to order on their website for my staff for pick up, that wasn?t... letting me check out which I knew they had no control over so I called them, woman identified herself as a manager, and she wasfriendly. I told her the online wasn?t working and I asked if I would be able to order the online exclusive cravings boxes if Icame in person since online wasn?t working and she told me yes, I could do that. I went to order in the drive-thru to be told Ican?t do those in person, only online. I explained I had just spoken to a manager and she said I could and the apparent managerwas short and said that girl was not a manager, she was a team remember and she was mistaken. No apology that I was misinformedby someone who claimed to be a manager. I ordered anyway, the woman at the window handed me my order and asked another woman ifthat was all and the woman responded that yes, that was everything for my order. I got back to work to find out I had not gotteneverything for my order so I had to go back to get it. Again, no apology. Got back to work, we opened our food and there?sbarely anything on the tacos. Unable to get food because at 11:30 pm they stated they were out of everything from lettuce to refried beans. Basic items in 90%... of their menu. Not upset with the staff over such shortages, but concerned that they have to continue until 4 am with nosupplies. Do better Taco Bell. Your staff takes abuse for your logistics. Read more
